Pros (+) Great property, it had everything we needed for a great week in Bol.
Cons (-) I’d say if you are not ready to walk up the hill, you might want to think twice. For us it wasn’t an issue at all.

Pros (+) Nothing. We did not receive what we booked and paid for and the service was absolutely awful.
Cons (-) We didn't like anything, we booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 teenagers for 1 week based on the photos on booking.com website. The photos are misleading and inaccurate and don't show the space which they call a twin bedroom, for obvious reasons as it is not a room. Pros (+) Great place to stay! I had everything I needed in the room, two supermarkets nearby, it was very clean and also very quiet at night. Super attentive and welcoming hosts, who gave me all the information and help I needed.

Pros (+) We had an appartment on the top floor, with a balcony to the south. Great views on the mountains, the sea and Hvar (only spoiler is the neighbouring house, which has a garden that has been transformed in a giant boat and car storage). The host was responsive to our request to fix the outside lights and a sun umbrella (balcony). A larger Studenac supermarket is situated at just 200m distance.
Cons (-) The reception is basically "self-service" when you arrive or leave, notwithstanding the instructions we received through the chat. Not exactly the warm welcome that we have experienced at other places during our trip...also on check-out no host to be found (although helped by one of the more permanent residents). Cons (-) The location is bad because we were walking all the time. We advise to get a car or a scooter, otherwise you will get legs muscle like Dwayne Johnson.
