Location was perfect, hotel service is 5 star and the breakfast was great!
Rooms were dirty! Walls looked liked they hadn't been wiped down in a long time. The carpets on the sides of the bed looked as if they hadn't been washed in years. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, it's a mediocre 3 at best.

My wife and I spent the first 2 nights of our honeymoon and we could not wish for a nicer start to our married life.

had a very good stay at your hotel staff were always very pleasant ,as I find the portugese people always lovely ...
the only thing I can say as a negitive we could not get water ,had to go to the supermarket for it ,thats ok when you have settled in .I think some in the room would be so nice ..

the staff are very helpful and friendly the room was lovely we had junior suite a walk in shower would have been nice
The overall experience was great just a couple of things that need improving the breakfast was always tepid but a microwave in the buufet area would sort this and the beds are very uncomfortable

Excellent location close to beach and marina with good value accommodation in clean modern hotel
basic facilities in standard room with horrible plastic and barely functioning air dryer stuck on bathroom wall, poor breakfast fare and lack of modern IT facilities e.g Staff could not print out my boarding card from computer because there was no printer attached.

“Safety and cleaning of the hotel is incredible. There was always someone cleaning and I felt safe at all times. The breakfast and dining area was changed to keep everyone safe during covid pandemic and the food is cooked on the moment in front of you to avoid self service (so there is more control over the virus spread). I was extremely impressed!”
