Great experience for a long 13-14 hours flight. Great pilot and crew, everyone is pleasant and attentive to the passengers.

The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. The need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

EVA would not help with ticket issue since they were purchased through a travel agency. Even though it was EVA ticket stock. Travel agency Budget Air didn't reissue ticket after airline change which I didn’t learn until trying to checkin on Christmas Day and there was no contact number for the agency to help. I will never use Budget Air to purchase flight again and disappointed in EVA’s refusal to help. Thankfully just under 12 hrs before departure someone from the agency was available to reissue tickets. I was starting to think we would not be flying and the stress trying to resolve was completely unacceptable.

Polite hard working crew. No complaints really. Meals were not to my liking.

Very uncomfortable and crowded seats in economy. Flight attendant refused request to move to nearby unused seat with more legroom because “It was more money for that seat”. It was also near impossible to reach airline directly by phone. Waits upwards of an hour and not very helpful customer service representatives after long wait. Cannot recommend this airline.

My experience with Eva sir was good except the long walk in LA Lex, that was inconvenient for my age,

I cancelled the flights in good time but could only get a partial refund. I was not warned of this.

we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

Seats were very comfortable. Crew were excellent. Food very good.

One of the worst flight in business class by qatar airways and I’m no stranger with qatar airways businesses class, I travelled with the extensively in the past 12 years

The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.

I was not expecting much as i was not in a premium cabin. I was pleasantly surprised that the seat in economy plus was spacious and food was ample. Party of 5 with 2 parents and 3 kids.

Fine. Though no food or entertainment so the survey needs to be updated with those options.

Backpack should NOT allowed put in the flight bin , only put it under the seat. I can't find space put my carry on luggage!!! and I pay for it ! that was very bad experience

Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

Do not like the feeling of being in the basic economy. Everyone should feel good no matter what.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.

Meals were adequate but could be better. Lots of movies, podcasts, tv shows. We really enjoyed using our personal headsets highly recommended. 15 hrs flight great to travel at night.

I was unaware I was booking the basic economy flight and had to spend an extra $125 for baggage plus $100 for seat selection. There was also no opportunity to upgrade into a different ticket type. The seats were very cramped and mine wouldn’t stay reclined

On a couple of legs, the aircraft did not have ports to charge electronic devices. This was so in spite of the fact that the recorded "welcome aboard/safety announcement declared that they were available. The entertainment system, while offering in an impressive array of selections, failed in that the supplied earphones were useless. The roar of the aircraft made it impossible to actually hear the film/show etc. The food was surprisingly good if a bit salty.

Not great tremendous delays instead of arriving at 8:15 pm arrived at 2:30 am next day no food gate changes. Etc

All aspects of the flight went like clockwork and staff were friendly and attentive.

We initially flew from Osaka to Vancouver and ear buds and food were all inclusive. We were surprised that from Vancouver to Toronto we had to pay for all of this - and the flight attendant did not give us what we ordered/paid for. $6 for a bag of almonds is crazy - and I asked for hummus. Very surprised we had to pay for the ear buds in order to watch the movies.

There was a mistake with the first name we only discovered at security. Air canada was unable to correct it to match then passport since it was booked through an agency. The agency could not correct it either since they need at least two hours to do that. We could not fly and lost a bunch of money. Learned my lesson about kayak.

My flight got canceled. Then AC rebooked me to a next day flight. No compensation no apology. It almost messed up my entire trip and schedule. However, all the unexpepected seems routine and ordinary to AC, so customers need to get used to.

I love air Canada. The staff is so helpful and friendly and attentive. I paid for extra room but chose a ser near a person who took up a lot of space which gave me less space than regular economy, I was sad I did that!

Really good. The staff were very helpful throughout the boarding process. The food was surprisingly good. Overall much better experience than previous one.

Our flight from Windsor to Toronto had several delays so we had to drive to Toronto in order to catch our flight to London.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.

The business class seat is the same as economy with 2 people instead of 3. That's not how it should be.

The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.
