There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

Sadly, the plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. The entertainment system broke down completely. We couldn't even charge our phones. The seats were also very uncomfortable, with a very slim seat cushion. It must be the result of having 9 seats where there used to be 8.

M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Crew on this flight was terrible. Especially one practicular female , she was harassing us and other families with children. Flight was good overall, if not her being rude and aggressive

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

I wish the flight attendant was a little bit kinder

The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

Disappointed everytime. The app doesn't load the boarding passes. They have lots of agent that seem to be busy doing nothing with a long line waiting to get paper boarding passes. Food choices are poor. Entertainment is less than entertaining.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it

Horrible experience. Nothing to give to kids to keep them entertained.

I think I have bruises on my kneecaps. Do the seats have to be so close together these days? And if they are so close they really shouldn’t recline. I think when the gentleman in front of me reclined, the back of his head was on my chin. That being said the crew were always caring and polite, and the flight was on time and very safe. So I’m grateful for that.
