Pros (+) Easy access to dining and shopping.
Cons (-) For a hotel that is next to a major interstate, it has inadequate insulation. Both myself and a business associate, who was also staying at this hotel, complained about the noise. It was difficult to sleep. Also, the room decor is very tacky--shower curtains like a hospital room separating the sitting area from the bed and the closet.
