Generosity of the cleaning staff and good meals
Staff of the main swimming pool are not professional at all and they deal with euro nationalities as if they're superior to others

It’s good for the kids as it’s walking distance to carthage land.
Not directly by the beach. You have to walk and cross streets to reach the beach and that’s not very handy when you have toddlers/ babies. The good variety is very poor and boring as it’s the same menu every day.

The room was very large and the food is good. The hotel is placed in Medina from Jasmine Hammamet which has a lot of restaurants and shops. The place is very nice for families with children.
The fridge was not working and from two air conditioning machines only one was working and it was very loud. Even though i complained about it at the reception, they didn't even try to fix it.

I liked the professionalism of all staffs starting from the most seniors and ending by normal staffs . My kids enjoyed a lot , Mr Elyess hébergement Director took care of out stay and was ready to facilitate our stay and to make my kids very happy. We had the opportunity to enjoy on the new pool house with sea water , it was a new and great idea thanks to Mr Tarek the director of the pool House by Medina and special thanks to Mr Taieb Slimane restaurant Director , every thing was amazing, we enjoyed very prestigious suite for accommodation, we enjoyed great food, we enjoyed all the spectacles, we enjoyed daily games at Carthage land , we were secured, wherever you go there is security guard. I was having my dinner daily at le Pêcheur restaurant, great view and great staffs leaded by Mr Lotfi who was kids friendly. Again thanks to all the team .

Location , the room space and the hotel decorations. Animation stuff are nice.
The staff rudeness especially sone ppl in security team. The quality and variety of the food. Room acoustics.
