Extremely friendly owners and staff! Spacious, friendly, cozy rooms, all very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, and you were offered breakfast eggs in any style you liked – especially the soft-boild ones were done perfectly!
The sauna area was a bit small, with just two saunas and no Turkish bath. Some useful kitchen equipment (especially good knives) was missing (though it was mostly pretty good). The individual sleeping rooms were missing chairs, desks or similar furniture – you just had the main living room (or beds) for sitting, reading, etc.
Clean, extremely friendly staff, nice location. Comfortable to accommodate 8 persons.
Clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment, towels, hot water. Good location but perhaps a little noisy as near a bar Able to book ski passes and hire ski equipment . Given piste maps and lots of useful information . We would stay again
Could have provided more toiletries as the information said these would be provided but only 3 small sachets all week . A small inconvenience
Dishwasher small but superusefull
Temperature too hot
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the staff in reception are always there to assist with any queries. We reserved a parking space which helped when we arrived late at night. Two restaurants in town Baum Bar and Bruckner & Hamoser are both child friendly and we received great food and service in both. Brundl/Intersport ski hire is below the apartment and discounts are provided.
We found the lift system to get you up the mountain a little too overwhelming. The queues were crazy (but it was half term) and getting onto the gondolas was dangerous with skis in faces and being pushed into your gondola. A simpler way would be for the lift operators to have channels and ropes to funnel the groups / families who want to be together (before and after the ticket barrier), but they never do this at busy times and chaos ensues. I would also mention that we asked reception to provide us with tickets for the mountain. Make sure you check these as we found out (the day after!) that we had been charged adult rates for a child, despite the child standing in front of her. We didn’t know this at the time, but it worked out to be £136 for 3 of us to get to the top - 1 adult, 1 child and 1 adult walker for one day. We did use 15 gondolas for this price, but it’s a lot for a weeks skiing compared to the likes of Saalbach, St Anton and other European resorts.
