The stuff wasn’t honest, I arrived very late at night with my 3 kids, did a reservation for 2 simple rooms just to spend the night. The lady at the check in said one room has to be double beds as it’s for my 3 kids and mother .. that would coast another 50usd. I agree. She then gave me the rooms in the 9th floor and 16th, I then asked if possible both rooms same floor, she check and said ok 2 rooms on the 16th floor. I signed then the papers. I also requested late check out, she nicely let me do the check out at 3pm without any coasts. Next day we come downstairs to do the check out they said I have to pay an extra 100usd because I had spectacular rooms... I was like huh?!!! I’ve never asked for these type of rooms. She then said oh you singed the papers the rooms above 15th floor are spectacular etc.. all I’ve asked was to be on the same floor, both rooms. Lucky I could afford to pay, but I felt abused because it was her word against mine. No manager came to speak to me when I requested , for such a big branch it’s very disappointing!!! For sure would not come back !
Great location. Very stylish. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially nice for Americans as a place to be around other Americans, if that's what you want. The restaurant is very good and the bar is terrific.
The new Year's eve party we attended was too expensive and the quality of the entertainment was low.
Breakfast too expensive
Modern, Great Staff, Comfortable & Stylish rooms, extremely clean, amazing location.
Fun room with interesting decor and beautiful view of the city. I was able to walk to the National museums in the morning.
Too expensive and had to pay extra for the WiFi.
