Pros (+) Can't beat the price, especially when it's three blocks away from the beach. Staff was friendly and let us check in early and made sure my brother and sister-in-law got a room right next to us. Overall, clean and a nice place to stay.
Cons (-) Some towels had some spots on them. No fan in bathroom
