Nice rooms offering all the comport you need
Entertaintment during evening/night; very loud live music until plus minus 24.00 hours and the whole night thrue from the bar(s)

Location, comfort cleanliness all good
reception staf, f especially oriental looking lady, very unwelcoming very off hand in attitude not a good first impression of the hotel, still the same whem we left.

staff very good ,stayed 3 nights, reception gave me a room which i asked for at the desk, i asked for an extra pillow from the maid, she gave me two,as i was on my own i thought that was good,
i was up early for breakfast each morning and went for breakfast before it got busy, the chocie of food was very good ,but the cooked food was luke warm , they go to the trouble to cook hot food, and dont know how to keep it that way

“This hotel is excellent in every aspect. Its heartbreaking that it has had to close today 4th September. Hopefully is will be very short term. Highly recommended it, we have just spent six days there and even with them knowing they were closing, it didn't show in their professionalism, the staff were still eager to please. Hope to see them all very soon x”
