Great location! We could walk to all places we wanted to see in Rome! The hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly.
The one thing we did not like was that our double bed was two singles pushed together, which is not uncommon for Europe, but not preferable to us.

Just ok
The price
The hotel is in bad shape. Carpet is shabby, paint chipping off walls, etc. I'd stayed at a Eurostar hotel in Munich that was modern, clean and very comfortable and thought the Rome location would be similar since it's a chain...but they seemed like two different companies. That said, it's fine for the budget traveler. Clean room and decent shower, but the whole place from the lobby to the rooms are just much shabbier than they appear online.

Very nice staff and place
The ease of walking out the hotel and being able to reach each famous landmark/ site with in half an hour at the most (Bar the Vatican) was I thought very convient.
The contental breakfast wasn't very nice sorry to say... the pasteries were to die for on the other hand though.

Location is good
all room facilities was old. Awful service, unhelpful and somethimes rude. The room was very smal and uncorfotable. There is no air conditioner. Our windows look on yard. And every morning we woke because of someone`s talking loudly in the yard. We cant even see the sky, because of tightness of the yard. Absolutely awful breakfast. noone from the staff pay attention to you. The salad was spoiled, pineapples turn sour. I will never stop in this hotel. it may have 2 star, not 4!

“the staff were really helpful and kind and thr location was superb. close to the termini train station and a 10 (or less - we used the rentable scooters which are around everywhere) minute walk from the Spanish steps and other major attractions. excellent. we actually didn't realise how close the Spanish steps were at first and went the long way round - check a map and satellite view and you'll see how to get to places more quickly.”
