Pros: The view from the room is exceptional, just for the novelty of being able to say you've stayed at the tallest hotel in the world is pretty neat.
The club level is smaller than it shows in pictures i've seen, but is never too crowded. Igor is one handsome man.
Cons: location, a little removed from everythig

Pros: JW Marriott was absolutely amazing. Staff was extremely courteous, facilities were clean, the place felt luxurious, and accessibility from and to the hotel was convenient. The hotel is located in one of the best malls of the city which is directly connected to an MTR station! Wifi was free and reliable which was very important to me.
Cons: The prices are steep but you expect that in Hong Kong. At almost $350 USD per night, breakfast could've been included in the package but was not.

Pros: Hotel staff are exceptional. We encountered problems unrelated to the hotel during our stay but thanks to the hard work and courtesy of the staff, the problems were solved immediately. They obviously take client service very seriously. Truly impressed by staff.
Pros: Views of the bay and service.
Pros: Everything was great exact the staff were rude on check in. The facilities were amazing and I did get a late check out to 2pm.
Cons: Staff were rude. They couldn't find my reservation. Waited 45 minutes for them to sort out the problem (their reservation system did not like I booked the hotel 3 hours before I arrived). They could have at least offered a drink or snack or something instead of making me stand around waiting for them to sort out the problem.
Pros: Food. View. Design.
Cons: Dated old fashioned.
Pros: Everything was perfact!!!
Hotel is located on Hong Kong Island, next to HK Convention Centre.
Pros: Ambiance. Service. Restaurants. Etc. A 10 plus rating! Will definitely stay here again!
The so-called 'cheaper' rooms which do not have habour view offer in fact the better view ! The view is towards the steep hill facing away from downtown Hong Kong. Owing to the fact that this hill is mostly green with lots of trees, I found this to be the more attractive view, certainly just as spectacular as the view towards the harbour. I highly recommend selecting a room with the view towards the hill, on the so-called 'rear-side' of the city.
Pros: The location was fabulous ! The hotel is in the middle of downtown Hong Kong, part of a large building complex which includes a shopping mall, several restaurants and a subway station (MTR Admiralty).
Cons: A basic problem with many of these large skyscraper buildings is that in the room the windows cannot be opened, hence the only way to get some fresh outside air is to leave the room and entirely exit the building.
Pros: It's the Conrad everything is great. But if I had to say what I liked the most I'd have to say the bed.
Cons: Not really
The Conrad Hong Kong is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location, the staff, the ambience and the decor are all 5+ star.
Pros: The attention to detail was amazing, from the welcome tea to the teddy bear on the bed at turndown.

The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after visiting the health club for a workout, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Cons: This was my primary hotel for HK. Many stays. Treated poorly. Escorted to door like bad guy. Mgr offered water as cure.
Adjacent to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the hotel showcases panoramic Victoria Harbour view. Cons: No easy acces to internet. Very bad service not included in the rate
Pros: Staff was wonderful.
Pros: Great airport hotel. Despite being next to the airport you don't hear (but you do see) the planes taking off and landing. Staff is great. Will stay here again.
Cons: shuttle to/from airport is only every 20 minutes so it can be a longish wait, especially if you just miss it.

Pros: It is near the university area, busy and easy to access to train.
Cons: The hotel isn't as clean as it mentions online.
Cons: The fridge not working. The alarm clock not working and showing wrong time
Pros: Hotel was nice new and new furnishings very nice, It is also located right next to a train and bus station so you can go anywhere in Hong Kong easily. The Concierge was great and so helpful in all I needed. and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only negative is there is not a lot in the way of shopping and local restaurants just a few little take out places and 1 breakfast place. Everything else was great and we could of used the hotel restaurants but I like to try the local eateries.
The openness of the surrounding was wonderful consider Kowloon is such a busy place. The hotel was in the new territory near Hong Kong Chinese University, it's near the train station and easy to get to other smaller cities and central Kowloon.
Pros: The openness of the surrounding was wonderful consider Kowloon is such a busy place. The hotel was in the new territory near Hong Kong Chinese University, it's near the train station and easy to get to other smaller cities and central Kowloon.
Great room and amentities you never go wrong with hyatt!
Pros: The room was large for HK, nice amentities I will stay there again next time around
Cons: Dinner buffet was overpriced
Situated adjacent to The Chinese University of Hong Kong and conveniently located at University MTR Station,Hyatt Regency Hong Kong,Sha Tin offers direct access to Kowloon, Hong Kong Island,Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau on the border to China, via MTR
Pros: Hotel had nice views of Victoria harbor. Classic old school business hotel.
Pros: Staff helpfull
Pros: Staffs are efficient
Cons: Reception area is too small
Pros: The view
Cons: Bath room door
Pros: Clean and Friendly staff.
Cons: A bit far from the center of activities, but the hotel had several shuttles to downtown. About a 15 minute nice walk.
Pros: Great class and Character. A Grand lobby. If the location is not important, choose this Intercontinental over the other one in Hong Kong.
Cons: location a little far from the main part of Tsim Sha Tsui. But no further than a 5-7 minute walk.
Pros: Gorgeous room, profeessional and efficient front desk staff.
Pros: Great Hotel. Great location.
Cons: The hotel listing was misleading with regard to hotel shuttle. What they provided was a free shuttle from the bus / train station after you paid to get there.
Pros: The location is great and the staff was extremely polite.
Cons: We booked a harbor view room and were given a second floor room with trees obstructing the view. Further, the floor was a smoking floor and smelled of smoke and fragrance. Also, they were doing plumbing work near our room that made the stench even worse
Internationally renowned this Hong Kong hotel offers both business and leisure travelers the highest levels of service in a friendly yet elegant five-star hotel environment. Luxury guest rooms and suites offer spectacular city harbour or garden views tempting you to explore this unique city. Equally tempting are the wide selection of world-class dining outlets at this Hong Kong hotel together with the indulgent health and beauty facilities including the outdoor heated pool gym and spa.
Pros: Quiet, well located and easy to get to, friendly and courteous staff with a nice restaurant located in the hotel.
Pros: Good Southeast Asian restaurant; modern furnishings; helpful staff; close to MTR
Cons: sound insulation of the rooms; average internet speed; lots of local eatleries but few medium to higher level restaurants; not much view outside the window.
Pros: The helpful staff and nice hotels
Pros: Away from the hectic center, hotel Jen was great on all fronts. Clean, good staff, excellent food (malacca restaurant inside hotel got a michelin mention), and a nice neighborhood around HKU.
Located in the Western District neighborhood, this hotel is close to the MTR HKU Station B2 exit, the Macau ferry terminal, and the Soho district. The University of Hong Kong is within 10-minute walk and The International Finance Center and the Lan Kwai Fong are within 1 mile.
Cons: First off we booked for 10/21-23 and my email confirmarion and screen shot of booking all confirmed this. When we went to check in , they told us that booking was for 11/4-6. I showed them the confirmation then they told us we needed to take the issue up with kayak. After arguing for 3 hours(i dont give up) they finally gave us the room. The hotel is NOT a 5 star (1star) and the pictures are MISLEADING. Theoughout the stay the staff was awful. The hotel is also filled with mainlanders which makes it extremely noisy and crowded. Avoid avoid avoid. I couldnt take another day so in the end I booked the shangri-la.
Pros: Fairly quick check in process (which was also improved since the room was prepaid by booking through Kayak)
Easy access via taxi, with a covered drop off/pick up area (great since it rains so much in Hong Kong)
2 complimentary bottles of filtered water
Cons: Safe in the room didn't work at all, and looked like it had been tampered with
Small lobby with a ton of bags left by other guests, with minimal security and the bags out in the open
Toilet was chipped and cracked
Shower door didn't close fully, and the hot water took forever to come out
Overall, pretty shabby decor and facilities for the price paid. I'd recommend Lanson Place Hotel over the Regal for any business travellers.
Pros: Good hospitality
Cons: It was a little difficult to catch a taxi.
Pros: My room was very spacious. I did get upgraded but this was much cheaper and just as luxurious as the the grand Hyatt in wan chai.
Cons: Great location very near the metro and next toVictoria park. Also next to Ding Tai Fung.
Cons: Reception and check in not very friendly.
Pros: Good value for a good location. Great staff and lovely appearance.
Cons: Kayak's booking didn't go through and caused a delayed check-in.
Pros: Huge room for hong kong standards. Real (and huge) paintings in the room and corridors. Good location and excellent price. If you have a lot of baggage, the free shuttle to the airport express line ( hong kong station ) can be very convenient (otherwise subway can be faster)
Cons: Overpriced dinner buffet....but who care about that in hong kong? a city with so many culinary options
Regal Hongkong Hotel is situated near Times Square and Sogo in the heart of Causeway Bay, a vibrant commercial and shopping district in Hong Kong. The Convention and Exhibition Centre is a 5-minute drive.
Pros: Awesome customer service
Pros: View and location

Pros: Location to MTR, Trolley Line and Airport Express. Clean comfortable hotel. Great Staff. Good Restaurant. 7-11 next door.
Pros: Good Room
Pros: Free airport bus shuttle.
I love the staff! They're really accommodating.
Breakfast buffet is also okay.
I'd recommend it for business trips, not for leisure...
Cons: Location. You have to take the bus shuttle or cab just to get to the nearest MTR station.
With a beautiful backdrop of Victoria Harbour, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong offers great harbour views and easy access to the financial district. Our downtown Hong Kong hotel is located near the MTR subway – HKU station of West Island Line with approximate 6 mins on foot, and public transit for Hong Kong International Airport – A12 bus in front of the hotel’s main entrance. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle to major Hong Kong Island business districts. The lobby's interactive GoBoard lets you find local restaurants, news and travel conditions. Our Executive Rooms and Suites provide access to the cozy Executive Lounge. Enjoy a workout in our 24-hour fitness centre and dine at our award-winning restaurant MoMo Café.
Pros: The facilities are just amazing. Clean, organized. The bathroom really clean! Overall amazing
Cons: The check in process could be better
Cons: Staff attitude and service
Pros: North Point location. It is not in the main tourist areas (Causeway Bay or Tsim Sat Tsui) but, for me, it is ideally located and very convenient.
Transportation via MTR, tram or bus is just a short walk away and a lot of local restaurants nearby.
Cons: For the first couple of days there was some construction on our floor and even right next door but only during the day.
Pros: The location was great to get around in Hong Kong.
Cons: Some staff members were not to helpful
Pros: I stayed for a week and was pleased overall. Decent room size for a Hong Kong hotel. There was a nice king sized bed and the hotels location was ideal. I will be going back.
Adjacent to shopping and nightlife attractions of Causeway Bay, Wanchai, and Central; City Garden Hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from Fortress Hill MTR station Exit B and only minutes from Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center and Ocean Park.
Pros: The location is great, only 3 minutes from the MTR
Cons: I arrived to the hotel at 16:00 after long flight and they told me that my room is not ready and that I will have to wait until 22:00 for room!
Pros: Good staff, excellent facilities. The upgrade to a Junior Suite was welcome.
Cons: A little bit out of things, although they is an MTR station 5 minutes walk away. The area around the hotel isn't the smartest, although it seems perfectly safe.
Pros: This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event.
Cons: We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don't go in expecting a harborfront room.
Pros: Nearest position for subway
Best thing is represented a place yo change our clothes even we've no rm
Pros: Extremely comfortable bed
Great view from 188
Cons: Run of the mill things expensive
Dinner in 188 on NYE chaotic (no main course still after three hours) which is unacceptable given the price
Pros: Beautiful panoramic view, tasty food and the stuff was very helpful.
Pros: Beautiful looking hotel. I missed my connecting flight and arrived after 1pm on the day of checkout. Staff allowed me to stay until after late checkout with no extra fees and were extremely helpful. Room was well appointed.
Pros: Staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice hotel.
Cons: Wifi signal in room was so weak. Nearly unusable.
Pros: Loved everything
Cons: The location could be better
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
