Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access public transport, local attractions, and the lakeside. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with many guests appreciating the welcoming atmosphere and efficient service. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with a good selection and the option to enjoy it on the terrace. Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was also noted positively. However, a recurring negative theme was the lack of air conditioning or adequate cooling, especially during hot weather, which affected comfort for several guests.
