Guest reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, including reports of cockroaches, mold, and general lack of maintenance. Many guests were disappointed with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and problems with overcharging. While the value for price is considered average by most, the location is praised as convenient for stopovers.
