Pros (+) Reasonably close to Cooperstown village and Dreams Park baseball fields. Across the street from fishing docks and swimming in the lake. Very reasonable prices during peak season. Strong AC window unit. Nice staff.
Cons (-) Musty smelling room due to lack of bathroom ventilation so all of the humidity is stuck in the room. Old tube style TV (some rooms have flat LCDs). Beds are terrible....lumpy, squeaky and old. Wifi was very sporadic and slow. Parking can be tight for certain units next to the entrance.
