Ive stayed there before and the staff are brilliant and so helpful. Breakfast is great and the rooms very comfortable.
There was nothing i didnt like
Room was large and clean.
Only one chair in the bedroom. No restaurant open for an evening meal. One of the reasons we booked with this hotel was because it had a restaurant, only to be told it is now shut four days before we arrived. Would not like to use this hotel in the winter because of very old bad fitting windows.
I feel it was the ideal place to unwind, as I am a busy wife and Mum, it was brilliant to stay at this lovely place and feel thoroughly spoilt, and the history of the hotel was fascinating. We will make sure we come back to this lovely place and lovely staff.
Nothing, Apart from the Chef returning!!!
Bed very comfy good quality bed linen Staff very cheerful especially the young girl who showed us to our room. Also very accommodating regarding breakfast.
The bar area is not very welcoming, but I do understand this is used as a wedding party function room & so is fit for this purpose. It's a shame the hotel is not dog friendly as we tend to travel in England with our labrador, but if attending a function will defiantly use again & recommend to friends.
Pleasant smelling rooms. Attention to detail. Attentive staff and the location is quiet guaranting a great nights sleep. The hotel enjoys a secluded spot. Very calming and beautiful.
The room was bit chilly on arrival but otherwise excellent facilities.
