Pros: We loved our stay in Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa. Every stuff member was polite and helping. Check in and check out went really quick. Our room was always tidy. Bathroom was big with a lot of amenities to use. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was big with Western and Japanese meal options, everything looked fresh and tasted delicious. 9.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked a suite so the rooms is spacious and had a great view of the city.
Cons: Kind of hassle to check in and park if driving yourself. Lots of people in the club floor for breakfast and the tables are so close you can actually hear everybody around you. Lots of loud tourists from HK so if you want to avoid them don't come here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I rarely write reviews, but this is one hotel that gave me good impression about their service. The background story is that we had a baby 6 months old traveling with us and unfortunately there was a typhoon in the vicinity of Okinawa. 1. Before check-in the hotel staff was nice enough to hand us towels under the rain even before we approach the curb. 2. We accidently broke both the umbrellas we borrowed from the hotel room because of the gusty winds. The hotel staff told us not to worry about it even if we tried to pay for it. 3. Unfortunately we had to leave the facility right when the winds are scary as hell, during so on-loading the baby on the curb still looks pretty dangerous. Three hotel staffs were at the door to assist, one of them backed the car right by the doorside so that we could get on the car safely. I'd most definitely recommend staying at this hotel not only for it's location, price and cleanliness, but also it's one hell of a service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - 7 minutes walk to Monorail Station - close to the main shopping street - clean and comfortable
Cons: Nil - probably the best in Naha
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff are nice and react promptly for our request. They pay every attention to the needs of kids such as providing additional barrier along the bed, small size slippers. The Lounge at 18/F has a great view of Naha, nice place to have a break.

Pros: The location was superb and most prominent. It's facade is modern and outstanding. It feels good walking inside this hotel. Besides the parking was convienent. Cons: The bed abit soft for my liking. Felt backache after each night sleep.

The Kitchen Hostel Ao - Naha - Building

S$ 143+

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great and clean hostel in Naha. Lovely interior, friendly staff, and accessible location in city centre.
Cons: Too many people sleeping in one room. Too noisy.
7.5 Good
Pros: Convenience to Prefectural MRT and Naha bus terminal
Cons: No lift to bring luggage to room, manual carry up to 2nd level
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was really poor, but given the price could not expect more.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff are super friendly and provide lots of good recommendations. It’s in a great location close to a monorail station and convenience stores and international street nearby. Very clean and large locker space which fitted my huge suitcase easily! Smoking terrace at the front. And bar downstairs. Comfy beds and good set up in the pod with a light and lots of charging points. Free toiletries including sun cream, moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner etc Very clean and comfortable. There’s a good layout with plenty of space.
Cons: I was unlucky as I stayed at the same time as super loud inconsiderate guests. I think the set up encourages this because having tables and sofas in the bedroom meant people were constantly rummaging in plastic bags and packing and unpacking so my sleep was disturbed with guests unpacking until midnight then others starting again from 6am. Maybe the hostel could consider putting signs up asking guests not to pack/unpack in the bedroom, but to use the large locker room instead? I went during off season so didn’t meet many people as a solo traveller. No kitchen facilities, or even a kettle to make instant noodles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable
7.5 Good
Pros: Ambience and shower facilities is great.
Cons: Perhaps to look into how to have luggage bring up to 2nd level more conveniently. Current require manual strength to carry up.

Pros: At the starting of the shopping belt. Many eating place and many things to see, to buy. Very near to airport, we returned our car before checking in. No need vehicle at all while staying here. 20mins taxi to airport, dont need to pre-book. The staff help us to flat down 2 taxi within 2mins. ¥1800/ taxi from this hotel to international airport. .Choice of shampoos, conditioners, etc... Big rooms, bright with windows. Thumbs up.
Cons: Nothing, if really needs to comment...there's a raise between the main hall to toilet. Have to bear this in mind when coming out from toilet. Theres a step down.
7.5 Good
Pros: A convenient location. Easy access to Yui rail, buses, shopping and dining. Thoughtful appliances like massagers and dehumidifiers are available. Also free bikes were a nice touch, even though I didn’t use one.
Cons: Room and bathroom were very small. Other guests and kids were talking and screaming loudly in the lobby. Suitcases (from people that have checked but left suitcases at the hotel and people that arrived early but couldn’t check in yet) were piling up in the lobby. It felt like a constant chaos.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location at one end of Kokusai-dori. Despite hotel facilities being in need of renovation, it was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and we liked the many little attention to details (eg self service to choice of pillows, shampoos, extra table/chairs, candy for kids, air purifier, microwave, free soba supper & more).
Cons: Smell in the rooms when we arrived on the first day. Toilet seat temperature was too warm, and doesn't seem adjustable.

Pros: The staffs at the front desk are very helpful (they can speak English fluently). Though the room is with the standard size of a Japanese hotel (small), the bed is still ok for two parents and a baby. All the facilities are new and clean.
Cons: Though the room looked clean, my mother and my baby were bitten by insects.

Cons: free coffee only available in the afternoon, not the morning
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good selection at breakfast, great staff, comfy bed and amazing location. Brilliant to have a selection of USB chargers by the bed.
Cons: The room was quite dark as there was a building very close to the window but it didn't really bother us. There was a step into the bathroom that kept surprising us.
Hotel Wbf Art Stay Naha Kokusai-Dori - Naha - Building
7
8.8 Excellent (4,691 reviews)
S$ 156+
Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel WBF Art Stay Naha Kokusai-dori places you in the heart of Naha, steps from Kokusai Dori and a 2-minute drive from Yogi Park. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We cannot find the hotel at first. Because the hotel entrance is in the basement, the staff is friendly, and the 24hrs coffee station is suitable for the rainy day. We picked this hotel due to we would like to support the foundation that the hotel involved in Thailand and interested to see the painting from those kids. The room is the right size for 2. Please be aware if you do not like to be in the tight and narrow space ie. a small lift and low ceiling, then we think you should avoid this hotel.
Cons: The hotel is close to Kokusai-Dori, step away from Starbucks, and easy to reach from a monorail station. However, if you rent a car, you have to find parking which will not be free, and it is quite expensive if you use the Times's parking service, which is opposite the hotel. We would recommend the "Yamato" parking service nearby.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient, simplicity design, child friendly, free coffee, tea, soup and sake throughout the day
Cons: Room is small for three adults, no sanity bag and dustbin in toilet. No view from the window. My room at 2nd floor facing a deserted carpark.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, easy to go everywhere!! The breakfast was good though a bit expensive.
Cons: The twin room was small for two person and two suitcases.
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: not a lot of space for clothes and luggage storage
8.8 Excellent
Pros: position, service
Cons: Because my son has airway hypersensitivity, suspending cotton fibre bothered me. It exists every where! But It also assuredly has good a position, service, clean bath room and really no smoking room. So if can remove suspending cotton fibre, that would be very nice!! I really hope when I visit it again. There has no small suspending cotton fibre!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel and staff were awesome, and the location was superb! Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Parking was a bit expensive, but it was on par with the rest of the area in downtown Naha, and it was convenient
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Located on an end of the main 3km tourist street for meals, bars, shopping ,Okinawan music performances. Very close to monorail station to and from airport. Has its own coin laundrette. Breakfast includes okinawan specialties. Staff very helpful though English queries are sometimes handled via a video connection to a more fluent interpreter but this system worked well. Comfortable typical sized rooms for a very reasonable hotel tariff.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location is near monorail station and right on the main street with lots of shops.
Cons: I booked a twin room but it came with 2 beds joined together which was not what I saw in booking.com website. Room was small so could not separate the beds.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: I left two jackets inside the wardrobe and the staff was able to arrange a courier to send me back, excellent service.
Cons: they should provide instant messaging for better communication or enquiry
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the top end of Kokusai-dori and 15 minutes from the center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was grateful they let me swim in the pool even though it was officially closed. (I think the pool should still be open until end of October as most other hotels are.) If you are staying at one of the other Terrace hotels the free shuttle bus is convenient. If you are looking for a place to have a drink after dinner, check out the Bar One Way, just off Kokusai-dori.

Pros: Very clean and the staff was super friendly. Amazing customer service.
Cons: Nothing, it was everything as advertised

Cons: Nothing

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Naha Omoromachi - Naha - Building
11
8.7 Excellent (7,232 reviews)
S$ 136+
Overview Reviews
Located in Naha (Naha City Centre), Daiwa Roynet Hotel Naha-Omoromachi is within a 15-minute walk of Kokusai Dori and DFS Galleria Okinawa. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast, helpful staff, reasonably convenient location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access form the monorail (to/from airport), next to an abundance of shops, and with a great view when given a room on the upper floors - which after some hesitation was graciously granted.
Cons: Check-in is ruled by the book and not by the heart or the interest of the customer. Not in every country, but certainly in Japan. Whereas in Malaysia (for instance) the reception might see if there is a room already available when arriving early, here there wasn't even an attempt as such service. Luggage could be desposited, but that was the only concession. And although within the rules and regulations of the hotel, it is often a disappointment if its done automatically. There were already a lot of people checking out and checked out.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is just a short distance to DFS for return of the rental car and to the Yui Rail for our transport to the airport.
Cons: It would help if the hotel could reserve some parking lots at the building entrance for guest to park temporary so that they could unload their luggage, do their check-out and move off. We parked illegally by the side of the building to unload our luggage. We saw a few other guests doing the same thing during that time. As the car is illegally parked, I have my other driver look after the car while I do the check-in. We drove off immediately after the check-in is done. I really mind paying the full parking fee for such a short parking duration.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: No coffee and tea in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is Super comfy and convenient. Walking distance to Main Place Naha and very clean. We requested to have 4 beds and all are lined up nicely for us .
Cons: Everything

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay, tiny but very comfortable. Location was great, easy to reach bus and train station.
Cons: It had stove provided but no pot or pan.
5.4 Okay
Pros: There was a very friendly and helpful, Nepalese, desk clerk. He was the only one who even smiled: The others could learn from his example.
Cons: I departed UK on 22/11/17 and mistakenly booked my arrival at the hotel for the same day. With the time difference, we actually arrived severely exhausted on 23/11/17. The error was realised and explained on arrival, but they still insisted on payment for the day that was booked in error (which they hadn't picked up on). Surprisingly, they then issued a separate reciept, which appears to show that they charged me a lesser amount. I won't be staying there again.

Cons: Nothing. There is nothing to not like.

Pros: Only there for a night to visit ailing relatives but the hotel met our needs and were very accommodating to our late arrival. The breakfast was fantastic and on-site "onsen" was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: On-site parking filled quickly. Access was hard to figure out and required more than one trip around the block. With a large mall next door, traffic in the area, especially on weekends, can be maddening.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the heated pool. Our futon style room was big and clean. The futon beds were very comfortable. The breakfast served was good. It was a unique experience for us.
Cons: The room had an odd smell probably due to the tatami. However, we got used it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: There were a lot of choices for breakfast
Cons: -
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast was delicious! There were so many dishes to try, both Japanese and Western. Staff was very courteous, even when sometimes there was a language barrier. But most times, staff spoke English very well and went above and beyond to accommodate all requests. They helped me ship my luggage to my next hotel. They helped my group rent a car. They answered all questions. My room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The vending machine and washing machines on every floor were extremely convenient.
Cons: My bathroom had a floor water vent that always made the bathroom stink after I flushed the toilet or used the faucet. It went away after a while, but it always came back. If this was fixed, then I would say that my room was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the staff were extremely helpful and wonderful, wonderful people.
Cons: The parking was a bit far when you had to go to and from without the help of the staff.
6.3 Good
Pros: Spacious room. Comfortable beds and comforters. Opted out on daily room cleaning and received nice gifts from hotel convenience store.
Cons: First night got bitten by teeny tiny ants. Re- quested vacuuming under the bed. No problem after that. Hard pillows; carpet was stained. Definitely needs renovation. Only one restaurant open in the hotel and none available by walking.
