Pros: I rarely write reviews, but this is one hotel that gave me good impression about their service. The background story is that we had a baby 6 months old traveling with us and unfortunately there was a typhoon in the vicinity of Okinawa. 1. Before check-in the hotel staff was nice enough to hand us towels under the rain even before we approach the curb. 2. We accidently broke both the umbrellas we borrowed from the hotel room because of the gusty winds. The hotel staff told us not to worry about it even if we tried to pay for it. 3. Unfortunately we had to leave the facility right when the winds are scary as hell, during so on-loading the baby on the curb still looks pretty dangerous. Three hotel staffs were at the door to assist, one of them backed the car right by the doorside so that we could get on the car safely. I'd most definitely recommend staying at this hotel not only for it's location, price and cleanliness, but also it's one hell of a service.

Pros: Staff are nice and react promptly for our request. They pay every attention to the needs of kids such as providing additional barrier along the bed, small size slippers. The Lounge at 18/F has a great view of Naha, nice place to have a break.

Cons: There were no kitchen facilities or proper spaces to sit and eat outside of the dormitory which meant that despite signs telling people not to make noise people were eating and talking there late at night. The bedding was very cheap and ripped during the night

Pros: It’s really vintage looking and definitely has a nice vibe, that’s mainly why I chose it. The beds are private and cosy. The dorms are gigantic and so nicely decorated with tons of sitting areas too. The rooms were really nice. The bathrooms were modern looking though the showers were a bit older. But still everything really fine. 5 min walking away from a big restaurant and shopping street!

Cons: The staff was not necessarily friendly. They were not unfriendly but that’s about it. Felt a bit annoying when asking them about Okinawa. The breakfast was pretty Japanese, so not really for me. So consider this a thing, when you book it.

Pros: A generous hostel provide facilities that cater women's need. Very rare hostel that offer amenities. Ladies dorm for example have seating area with power plug, a waiting/seating area to seperate room and shower area. Cupboard for each bed facilities and free laundry for every 3 night stay. Sufficient shower and toilet. Location are startegic and easy to commute to the nearby attractions.

Cons: it was really noisy in the bedrooms, but i think it depends in the guest. They didnt follow the night rules.

Pros: The location of the hostel is excellent, it locates close to Kenchōmae station of yiu-rail and bus station with only 5 mins walk. It close to Kokusaitōri street with 5 mins walk as well. The hostel is really clean ,comfortable and safe. The breakfast with Japanese style and western style is also wonderful.

Cons: The cabin eclipses when compared to other cabins, would be better if it comes with a small table. The washing stands are not quite well-designed - water could easily be splashed onto the wooden floor.

Pros: Spacious rooms, lots of toilets and showers so you are rarely waiting, and the place was very clean. Staff were very friendly - even if they only spoke a little English.

Pros: Very cool hostel in great location really close to everything in Naha. Dorm room was great and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom structure was the best I ever saw in any hostel. A lot of toilets, showers and sinks, all really clean. They give you a big locker for all of your stuff. Really liked our stay here.

Cons: There isn`t really a common space for people to talk or spend time. It`s just a sofa outside of the dorms, but small and not comfortable for long hours. We were there during rainy days so we missed a place more like a living room to spend time.

Good Ramen can be found within 30 seconds walk.

Cons: To be honest, the hotel breakfast is a bit too simple. It will need a 5 minute walk to the nearest monorail station. A little bit noisy place as this is near the Kokusai Dori. This is an usual trade off for convenience.

Pros: It is conveniently located. The staff were helpful. I bought a pineapple from a little rural store and then realise I did not have any knife to cut it. The counter staff suggested me to approach the restaurant staff who friendly and kindly helped me to make it into a lovely fruit platter without any charge. It is impeccable service! Pros: Literally around the corner from Kokusai Dori so it was great for eating and shopping. Modern and well-equipped rooms. The bathroom was awesome and the amenities supplied were superior. 24 hour free drinks downstairs was an awesome bonus and there was a lot to select from. Great choice of FREE rental products. We were tired by the end of our Okinawa stay and the foot massager we borrowed was a godsend! Definitely value for money here.

Cons: The breakfast buffet spread was so gorgeous and upscale to look at. While it had a variety of international dishes, there was pretty much only salad and french fries for vegans and salad/bread/french fries for vegetarians. Adults were going to the kids' breakfast table more as it was full of fun things like a chocolate fondue fountain, waffles, french fries, and even cakes! A little difficult to find the hotel and stop outside as there is no onsite parking. (However- parking was easy to find with the map you get from reception and ranged between ￥850-1000 yen for 24 hrs- you buy the payment coupons at the front desk of the hotel).

Pros: Literally right outside Kokusai Dori main shopping street! 24h Don Quixote store, starbucks, convenience stores and restaurants all within walking distance. They have a helpful booklet detailing recommended restaurants nearby which serve authentic okinawa cuisine. No complaints about the room -- clean and spacious, good aircon, warm shower with good water pressure, and of course strong wifi :) Small gripe might be the single small elevator serving all the floors, but did not bother me much

Cons: It is about 5-10min walk from the nearest station (Miebashi), so had to drag luggage a bit. The furnishings in the room looked slightly dated. Room layout-wise, felt that there could have made better use of the space. Also, no microwave in the room (only 1 available at the reception area).

Pros: We liked the hotel in many ways, especially the decor, the open spaces, the general location. There is an ambience of refined living about the hotel. The room we had was a generous size which we were glad of after weeks in good hotels that had small rooms. The general location is good, beside major shopping area, excellent city museum and mono rail station. We were offered a choice of room which was appreciated. The hotel has a free daily shuttle to sister hotels half way up the island with beaches and other facilities which we happily made use of. The staff we were in contact with were very professional and helpful and we thank them for their attention.

Cons: The formal entrance to the hotel is in the wrong place close to almost back streets. We preferred the entrance via the third floor which took us to the up market shopping area. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of our room and asked for the carpet to be vacuumed. I shouldn't have had to do this is a 5 star hotel, nor any hotel for that matter, but it had to be done. This was attended to promptly.

Cons: It was worse than my expectation about terrace hotels -- maybe, because I stayed at Terrace Club (which was great) before coming here. The hotel is undergoing extension construction so there were no facilities available (gym etc.). The worst part was ventilation system in the room -- there was no vent in the bathroom (although hotel says there is an automatic one) so it was smelly and foggy when you use it or take a shower. My bed was right in front of the bathroom door so it was very unpleasant. I complained to the staff and they managed to give me an air purifier, which made it a bit better but still problematic.

There are supermarket, food court, restaurants, shops, convenient store and etc. You don't have to worry about food and grocery. I love this. Breakfast only offered from 6:30 to 9:00, but it was quite good and with Okinawan characteristics.

Cons: I booked one room for 4 people. The hotel adds 2 more beds in an extra large double room. I don't think that is a good method. We even have nowhere to walk and put our suitcases. It would be more comfortable to book 2 rooms for a 4-member Family.

Pros: The location was easy to get to from the monorail, and we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Check-in was quick and easy, and soon found that our rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffets in the hotel were delicious, and had plenty of options to suit varying palates. The staff are super helpful with inquiries and even recommended a couple of their favourite places to eat and shop in the neighbourhood. Points of interest were easily accessible either by the bus terminal that was just around the corner, the monorail that was close by, or by walking and exploring the neighbourhood. No complaints here! We would really like to stay here again!

Pros: The location is convenient and getting around by the monorail is easy as the nearest station is within a 5-min walk. It is also just opposite the Ryubo shopping mall and Kokusai Street where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms are modern and clean. Wifi is strong. Best of all, it is affordable.

Pros: 15 minutes of walking distance to the monorail station and bus terminal. The hotel has selfserve laundry. A supermar and convenian stores close by.

Cons: The room was very very small. Can't get on the bed from both sides of the bed. One side of the bed is by the wall and the other side has an open pace of a single chair width. It is one Tokyo or some big cities. I didn't expect the room was that small.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful (we communicated in English with no issues) :) The room was small, but cozy and comfortable. The location’s a little far from everything, but regardless, I still enjoyed my stay here!

Pros: It is super cozy and there’s a nice atmosphere in the common area, where you can also enjoy resting on hammocks! The staff is more than kind, very nice and helped us when we were in need, a huge thanks especially to Tomo!~ Great location to catch the ferries to various islands close by Naha as it is right next to the port. 15/20 minutes walking till the shopping street and various bus stops around. The female 6beds dorm was clean, quiet and it had private bathroom, which I liked a lot.

Pros: The commun room and people (staff and travelers) are so cool there! I rarely met so many good people before at the same place. It's really well placed, close to the ferry, to the fish market, 15 min walk from the main shopping street. Staff is very happy to help and giving recommendations about Okinawa, very nice ! Pros: Value for money and no-fuss. I needed somewhere to stay in Naha city on my last night in Okinawa and it served that purpose.

Cons: As with any hostel/capsule: your stay will depend on other guests. I was unlucky to have inconsiderate guests sharing my room for the first night but once they left it was fine.

Pros: Very large, modern and sleek hotel. Views from rooftop terrace were beautiful with added bonus of a rooftop pool to cool off in.

Cons: There was limited seating round the pool despite the pictures showing multiple sunloungers

Pros: It had a pool and a bar on the top floor. Super classy. Plus the staff was super friendly and it was very very comfortable. I would love to stay again but Okinawa is pretty far. It's relatively well priced!

Cons: My room was a lot smaller than I expected but I guess I can't really complain. There were also a lot of families as well which I normally don't mind but I had to wait a bit to get up to my room due to the wait for the elevator but that's not really any issue.

Cons: High carpark rates, low ceiling at entry. Instead of complimentary coffee, change to a welcome drink as not everyone like coffee. Room is too small, can hardly walk. Lack of storage notable top space. Road noise

Pros: Loved everything about this place! Always came back to fresh towels and extra amenities and water everyday. Good area to eat your meals. Close to bus stops to go sight seeing. If I could I would live here!

Pros: Realy friendly staff, huge breakfast buffet and close to the harbor if you need one of the ferries to the smaller islands.

Cons: Had a weird smell(almost moldy) in the room, but we were too tired and didnt say anything so they had no chance to change anything. We suspected high air moisture, since our clothes seemed wettish after ourstay.

Pros: Location was great if you will be taking the ferry to the other islands. It was literally a 3 min. walk to the ferry port. And about 15-20 min to Kokusai Dori.
