Nice sized room with balcony. Kettle. Secure on site parking ( But €9.50 ).
Noisy neighbours. Rang down to complain, reception had an ineffectual word with them. We finally moved rooms which was a pain at 2300hrs. Why in a very quite hotel, put people in rooms next to each other? Particularly if the walls are thin. We have stayed here a few times and the price is rising compared to competitors. We almost stayed elsewhere but paid the extra for the devil we knew (and later regretted it).
The location is great.beds comfortable and Wifi good.
We have stay here 3 times. The first 2 were great.Like all hotels this one is getting old and does not appear to be maintained very well. The bathroom was downright shoddy with mould around the tub and the shower/tub control very stiff and almost unworkable. We had no hot water on wake up after our first night sleep and it was not fixed and hot until about 2PM. The room was hot and the A/C was not working at all probably because the Hotel turned it off since it was Oct 7/8. The breakfast was plentiful but the hot items were cold and not replaced if you ate breakfast after about 9:30 AM . I suppose if you got there when it first opened it would be better. I would not come back again and not recommend to anyone else.
Close to city centre, the castle and main roads in/out of town. Easy to find, had parking and breakfast was good.
This is an excellent hotel close enough to the centre. The room we were given was actually a studio room. Very spacious, very comfortable and included a dining table and microwave. It was a shame we were only staying one night. The view from the room was spectacular, mountains all around. Jaca is a great place buzzing all the time even though it was summer and the town is really a winter ski base. The restaurant was lovely, very cosy, well decorated and the food was delicious and in our opinion not overly expensive for the quality. I would be more than happy to go back and spend more time there.
there was nothing to dislike.
Central hotel - nice swimming pool.
Staff were courteous but not in the least friendly. This is not an apartment hotel - there are no apartment facilities - except a fridge.
