Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendly and helpful staff, finding the service to be a highlight of their stay. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and some guests encountered maintenance problems. The location was described as both convenient and difficult to access, depending on the guest's needs. The pool was often unavailable due to renovations, which disappointed several guests. Noise from renovations and other rooms was also a common complaint. Overall, while the service stood out positively, cleanliness, noise, and pool availability were recurring concerns.
