Pros: "The aircraft arrived late but the crew did an excellent job to turn the aircraft around fast and we ended up being early into Denpasar. Well done!"

Pros: "Air asia always ok"
Cons: "horrible"
Pros: "Great experience"
Pros: "Well so far i uded airasia 3 times and always on time"
Pros: "AirAsia is a crooked airline. We had to pay Singapore$120 to check in two pieces of cabin luggage at the airport because we HONESTLY declared they were over 7kg each. On board the aircraft most passengers had cabin luggage which most definitely exceeded 7kg. NEVER again AirAsia."
Cons: "Stop overcharging for every f...g thing if not booked ahead. Add it all up a regular airline is cheaper. Dont abuse your network and schedule. You will never get be back to fly you."
Pros: "N/a"
Cons: "N/a"
Pros: "The airline was okay and pretty much on time. I think they are one of the safest to travel on in Indonesia after Garuda Indonesia."
Cons: "Super old aircraft, it was very dirty including the seats and tray table. I didnt feel like touching it. There was no entertainment whatsoever."
Pros: "Clean and crew"
Cons: "2.5 hour delay. Not worth it."
Cons: "I didn’t think there was an airline worse than the budget U.S. domestic carriers until I found AirAsia. Not worth even the low cost. I had a horrible check-in experience at both airports I flew from with them, charged for every little thing, no in-flight entertainment, and the flight crew was yelling at the passengers. Never again!"
Cons: "It would have been great to have a confirmation that you received our request before the day of departure. We thought the booking did not get through so we booked another company. We ended up losing the money for that ticket. We could not reach kayak and AirAsia, in their policy doesn’t cancel anything. I don’t know who was supposed to send us the confirmation but the money is gone"
Cons: "I got stuck in traffic and missed my flight from lAX to Singapore, so I called Kiwi right away, and they wouldn’t rebook me. If there is anyway you can help I would appreciate it so much!!!"
Pros: "Price and clean plane."
Cons: "Baggage fees"
Cons: "You booked us a flight with only an hour layover in Singapore. I feel you should have known that changing airlines in Singapore requires a 3 hour layover as you must claim your baggage at the baggage claim, go through customs, change terminals, re-check your bag and then go through security again. All this being said we missed our flight and had to purchase new tickets! What are you going to do to make this up to us as it’s our honeymoon?"
Pros: "We survived the flight with only a little backpain and one stiff butt cheek"
Cons: "No legroom, very narrow seating, no meal, expensive"
Cons: "Flight delayed 4 times until 4 hours from the original flight time."
Cons: "plane was late and queues at Bali airport beyond belief"
Cons: "Getting home"
Cons: "it was late, quality of experience was poor- from predeparture to landing"
Pros: "Very friendly."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "AirAsia is probably my favorite discount airline, but that means by definition an acceptable but no frills experience. Got that at a relatively attractive price"
Cons: "The on-board sales cart did not have finger puppets, which I wanted to buy for some children."
Pros: "Great crew personality"
Cons: "Boarding process could be improved. Should have only allow passengers with seat numbers announced to enter instead of letting all."
Pros: "Service Crew"
Cons: "The automated baggage system"
Pros: "absolutely nothing about the flight was"
Cons: "I paid for exit row seating and didnt get it"
Pros: "The price is competitive"
Cons: "The aircraft had been in the ground but boarding 45 minutes late, I saw steward, stewardess and copilot chat in front of toilet :|"
Cons: "Flight was badly delayed and retimed 3 times. Ended up we wasted a whole day. No reason was given."
Cons: "Flight was delay"
Pros: "Cabin crew was nice and polite."
Cons: "We almost missed the flight as the boarding gate was changed at the last minute and the announcement was very late. That is very scary!"
Pros: "Cheap flight, landing at T2"
Cons: "Walking on the Tarmac or busing to the plane, flight delayed 25m without an update till past actual departure time, seatbelt light on for almost entire flight-when are passengers given a chance to use the bathroom? The value meal (sandwiches) was very basic and exactly the same for both departing & return flights. My 4yo could pull out the table from its tracks-He's not exactly he-man."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "They charged me $186.43 USD"
Pros: "The value, I got low price ticket. Polite , helpful crew. On schedule. Using apps for check in, no paper harassment. Didn't try food, and no use for entertainment for short flight. Don't have baggage."
Cons: "Space was so cramped, aisle and between seats. Would be very uncomfortable for people with long legs, long flight. Even cabin crew could hardly help with baggage on boarding in and out because of the space. Should be more firm on one cabin bag+one handbag policy, many inconsiderate passanger carry more so it was even more cramped."
Pros: "You get what you pay for. I paid for a low cost carrier flight that fit my schedule. I paid for extra baggage and an exit row seat. I was fine with all of what I got. A flight attendant sang a few songs on his guitar to entertain us."
Cons: "Maybe the luggage took too long to come out. Everything else, I get that I paid for a lower fare seat and airline. No complaints."
Pros: "Got to my destination 30 mins early!"
Cons: "No charging dicks or entertainment"
Cons: "2 hours late"
Pros: "Actually getting to Bali"
Cons: "30mins before scheduled boarding notification of flight delayed was displayed with no explanation. I had to google about the volcano once again causing delays & cancellations, although AirAsia takes a different route so this shouldn't have been a problem. Departure time comes & goes. finally we take off 35mins after schedule, the captain making some excuse of rescheduling, no mention of volcano. Rough flight, very bumpy take off and landing, probably the worst I've experienced including small military planes! I paid for a drink but never received my change with the crew member never looking at me once afterwards so I could never get his attention. Then there was the airport.....!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "AirAsia is a joke. first off there never on time. My plane left 2.5 hours late. on top of that they give you NO free anything. They charge for coke, water any drinks & snacks. Oh and your baggage has to be really light. I was charged $275 to check 2 bags. Absolutely absurd. Oh and to top that off, I've never been on a plane with smaller seats. AVOID THIS AIRLINE!!!"
Cons: "Baggage collection at DPS was way too long."
Cons: "Flight got delayed because of the rain. Our luggage was left outside during the rain and all of our clothes were wet when we unpacked. Very upsetting!"
Pros: "The free meal prior to boarding."
Cons: "The fact that our flight was extremely delayed and the gate was very chaotic!"
Cons: "From prior reviews I knew enough to allow nearly four hours to make the change from domestic (Bali to Jakarta) to international (Jakarta to Tokyo) upon arrival in the Jakarta airport. Good thing! Our early evening Bali flight was delayed by almost an hour; more importantly, the bus-to-arrival, baggage claim, bus-to-international terminal-with-luggage took nearly ninety minutes to figure out and execute (not AirAsia's fault, obviously, but still a planning issue). Adding the long walk from check-in to gate and the immigration process meant in the end we made our connection with less than thirty minutes to spare. Otherwise the flight was fine. No complaints about the ticket price either."
Pros: "Crew on board are very polite"
Cons: "They sell the tickets so cheap but lots of hidden charges I checked online on their website the baggage allwanc and it was from Bali to Jakarta 15kg and any extra weight up to 30 kg you pay 20 usd more by the time I arrived there they wanted to charge me 120 usd for my bags .agents at the counter were rude and they sent me to Air Asia office in the Airport where the agents there were even more rude and the lady was just screaming at me and pointing in my face with her finger and she never even offered any solution and she mentioned that the charge is mentioned online .I asked her to show me as I had a screen shot for the Web page but instead she was still shouting and pointing at me . Finally one agent at the counter informed me that I'm allowed to have two handbags so I can remove some staff from my suite case and carry them as handbag which was never mentioned before from any other agent .and this 120 usd were never mentioned on the website as I'm an airline staff as well and I know how to read terms and conditions. Above all I tried to write feedback online guess what !? They don't have this option. First and last time I fly with this cheap airline I'm not willing to pay money to get insulted"
Cons: "We arrived at the airport right at check in time. When we went up to check in and hand over our luggage only to find out that one piece wasn't included in ticket price, something that hasn't been made clear. My friend (who was on crutches) and I then had to go back and wait in a different line to pay $45 each per backpack. None of this was explained to us and the girl at the front was too busy on her phone looking at Facebook to be helping people. when we finally got through the plane was small, no leg room and I'm only 5'2. Limited meal options which we were charged an extra 30% through a poor exchange rate for, still fairly convinced the staff pocketed that money as it didn't say anywhere that they were going to charge that amount extra. No complimentary drink, not even water. Won't fly air Asia again. Cheap and you get what you pay for, but after that baggage charge there were definitely cheaper, better options out there."
Pros: "Quick boarding process"
Cons: "N/a"
Pros: "We arrived at checkin to discover we had to pay for luggage and the price just before take off is crazy like $90 per bag Kayak Didn't disclose when buying tickets that there was a option to buy luggage allowance ahead - this is really bad!"
Cons: "Kayak's lack of transparency on hidden luggage charges and not making us buy it ahead of time cost is"
Cons: "When purchasing the flight I was in a hurry and failed to purchase two checked bags. Upon arrival air Asia charged us $45 US dollars per bag for failing to purchase online and surpassing the 4 hour time limit. We feel that this is a terrible policy. They would not wave the extraordinary baggage fees. Terrible policy!"
