Pros (+) The outdoor pool was closed so no swimming for the kids. We called and requested a rollaway bed while we drove to the hotel at around 1:00 in the afternoon. When we checked in at 4 only one of our rooms was ready. The other room was finally ready at about 8:30 pm. They said they would call me when it was ready but they never did. And when I asked again at 8:30 they said all the rollaway where take...

Pros (+) The staff, from the front desk to the maintenance men, were very nice and prompt with assistance.
Cons (-) We stayed in the "Inn" building, and it's old and dilapidated. The air conditioner wouldn't cool. The maintenance man came to fix it - he "reset" the compressor, but it didn't work. Another maintenance man came the next day and did a similar reset, and this time it half worked for a couple of hours. The room never got cool during the three days/two nights we were there.
