Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests appreciated the spacious rooms. However, noise from the rooftop bar and surrounding area was a frequent complaint, with several guests finding it difficult to sleep. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others disappointed by unclear policies or slow service. Overall, the hotel is well-liked for its atmosphere, service, and convenience, but guests sensitive to noise should be aware.
