Pros:Location, price, looked very nice
Cons:Bed could have had better sheets
Pros:Kayak did not notify the hotel of my payment. Arithra did a great job rectifying the matter and keeping me from being double billed. Super professional and very friendly!

Cons:They should have more staff at the check in counter when the hotel is full.
Cons:Pay extra for parking. Should be included. This is the highest priced hotel in town.
Pros:Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the cookies were delicious upon check-in and check-out. I wish the room would have had a bathtub/shower combination, but it only had a shower. The ice machine on my floor was not working properly, but they sent someone up promptly to fix it. The only real complaint that I had was that I was double charged for my stay. I was charged once through my booking site and again at the hotel. I still haven't received my refund yet.
Pros:Great friendly and helpful employees.
Cons:Would have been nice to have breakfast included in the cost of the room , i.e. Hampton Inns.

Cons:Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Wish beds were queen, instead of double.
