Pros (+) From check in to check out, staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our business at Potomac Mills, and the room and common areas were clean and well appointed.
Pros (+) The hotel is close to everything and right off of I95. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was nice. It was quiet as well and seemed safe and inviting. Check-in/out was easy and fast.
Cons (-) Our first night there were no trash bags in the garbage, so I had to throw away wet items and hair in the trashcan with no bag. I also checked under the sheets for cleanliness and found that the mattress cover had various human and dog hairs on it.
