Terrible experience will never fly Delta again. Delayed flight with total disorganization and inept crew who wouldn’t communicate.

Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.

The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

Really good! I like all the crew, they were so nice and very efficient.

On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.

My flight with Korean Air went quite well, I've flown with them for many years and have grown accustomed to their great service.

Overall, very uneventful and pleasant experience. Most importantly, no delays.

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

Service is excellent - crew all so respectful and friendly. Airline comfortable - lots of legroom even in economy. Food was great even came with ice cream!

Just a little puddle jumper from Los Angeles to Vegas. Not much can be said, I had to go ask for some water.

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

Management of serious allergens despite advance notice. Did not know ingredients contained in their own food. Went as far as to have parents try to ‘take a look at the food’ to ‘see if it was Ok’ since they did not know ingredients. Will inevitably have a passenger with a severe incident if they do not train better.

Great service. Premium coach seat was uncomfortable. Food was non-descript.

Will definitely try to book with them again next time. FAs are very helpful and nice, bathroom always clean & flight was comfortable.

Enjoyed all.. clean and FAs are very nice. Will most likely book again in the future.

Very pleasant, look forward to flying with JAL again if the price is right.

Do I need to repeat my complaints about my lost carry on bag?

Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable

More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

We left 3 hours late. Of 4 flights on my trip, 3 left at least 3 hours late and one flight was canceled

Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse

My flight was canceled and we had to beg for united to find us another way home - we were rerouted to Toronto but they never booked us on the final leg back to DC. We had to stay overnight in Toronto, we're now waiting for our flight home and just found out we're on standby and not guaranteed a seat. So yeah, not a great experience with united

United is my favorite and I always try to fly United. I feel like this crew didn’t mesh well together.

Flight was delayed in the gate by 5 hours and ultimately cancelled- rebooking service by United agents was terrible

Flight was late due to mechanical, had to spend night in hotel. Experience disembarking plane was poor, United did little for passengers except what they were required to do by law.

Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board

Only water and pretzels served on six hour flight. Did not see crew rest of flight. No video screens and so no wired audio. Poor sound on plan so did not understand anything said by crew. This is a safety issue. Electrical socket did not retain charging block so could not charge phone. No video screen so could not watch movies. Phone is not a substitute.

Entertainment was good. Food was OK. Cab crew was great.

Overall flight experience was good. Unfortunately our process getting to our flight was a hit or miss. Our flight was delayed perhaps for the best as getting from terminal to terminal is very long and security had problems with the machines that delayed us getting to our flight. Heathrow security could care-less that you have a flight you are about to miss!

Access to movies was nice, food not bad, and landing was smooth. Cramming us in like sardines is not fun. A little more space to bend down to get a bag or not touch my neighbors arm because we’re so close would be better for a 9 hour flight. Whomever designed the seating and you, who bought these planes, clearly are NOT interested in customers’ comfort. So stop pretending you do. Also, if you want traveler’s to check their bags so there is space to store carry one, don’t charge so much to check baggage. Seriously?!

Horrible. Crew is not helpful. Lounge is sub standard and overcrowded. Getting to your plane is underwhelming “via a bus”. Worst experience I have had.

I had to wait for 10 hours at the airport and no hotel accommodation was provided. That sucks big time.

They can't seem to deliver a delayed bag in less than a week. Is this the 19th century?

Could be better in all aspects. Poor communication. Rude staff

The seats are comfortable enough, but the layout in business is wacky. The boarding process is disorganized. The flight attendants are friendly enough, but the food and snacks are sub par.

Crew was great. Food definitely top 10% for airline food. Seat was comfortable and legroom was good, BUT the seats were too close together and I was touching arms with the guy next to me the entire flight. Also, I had an aisle seat, and although my arm was pulled right up to my side, I was bumped by passengers and crew at least 6x. I'm looking into business class next time. One last note: the whole British-AA airlines partnership thing was confusing. In 2024 this should be seamless, and passengers shouldn't need this # for BA and that # for AA. There should be a single unified way of messaging from the airlines and checking things for the passengers.
