Pros (+) Booked this hotel because of the location and lower cost, was surprised to find it was one of the top luxurious hotels in Zagreb. The hotel was located right near the heart of the city and in walking distance to most landmarks. Rooms were nice and spacious with a great bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and attentive.
Cons (-) Hotel charged 24 Euros for breakfast, but we opted out as there are many bakeries and cafes close by where you can get a nice breakfast for for 2-3 euros.
Pros (+) The hotel was georgeous and in an incredible location. Wonderful bar and lobby, withbeautiful rooms.
Cons (-) The king bed was amazingly hard, we actually checked to see if it wasn't a box spring.
Cons (-) staff at the reception was not very friendly and the head concierge was so, so. Our luggage was delayed and did not arrive the same time as we did and concierge was giving us wrong information regarding the delivery of the luggage.
