Was turned away from restaurant for breakfast, very brusquely and without any assistance as to where I should go. When I asked another member of staff for directions, he pointed me back to the restaurant I had just been ejected from. There then followed an altercation in Portugese with me finally, and with a lack of good grace, being seated in what I late learned was the "VIP" restaurant. I was assured by the second member of staff that the package I had paid for entitled me to eat in that restaurant. I was somewhat surprised to find later that my partner, who breakfasted before me, had also been turned away from this restaurant and had eaten elsewhere. If you are going to be a 4\5 star hotel, then you should provide 4\5 star service.
