Pros: good breakfast
Cons: construction noise
Cons: The reception tries to down-grade the room when the reservation is made via BOOKING. You MUST have your room description handy and do not accept any BS like "yes, view, but this is STREET view because you booked on BOOKING and not with us"... this is unheard of. Be friendly, but stay firm. There is either garden or lake view. I had been given a small noisy no-view room. In the end, I got a great room with a kitchenette as described on BOOKING. Unfortunately, the luxury hotels in China try all sorts of cheating. Never happened to me in middle-class hotels.
Pros: I like the buffet there. We stayed there last year for a few days, room was stunning view. The most memorable moment of last year was falling over congee in the resto. during breakfast. Staff is very friendly.
Cons: This time when we stayed there, the renovation is pretty loud. We stay in the room most of the time, so the renovation noise was a negative experience, as well as workers outside balcony. So we have to shut the curtain most of the time. Thing is, we booked that captain’s suite for the view and also we can go out to balcony.
Pros: The location was actually very good, on the northwestern edge of Jinji lake. I especially enjoyed the access to the bridgewalk over the water right in front of the hotel side facing the lake. Staff were very attentive and polite when asked about anything. The housekeeper, Ms Zhao, was also attentive to small details, like putting out more drinking water bottles when she discovered I finished the two complimentary bottles everyday.
Cons: Some signage could have been better. It took me a while to discover where the japanese teppanyaki restaurant was, or to discover how to reach the swimming pools. Also some better instructions on how to operate the room lights and curtains etc, since the system seem only accessible through the remote controls from a small console by the bedside.
Pros: The quality and facilities in the room were first class, a wonderful experience.
Cons: The staff in the restaurant at lunch were incredibly slow. There was also a lot of construction going on, which I understand has to be done, but it still wasn't ideal.
Pros: Comfortable room , nice view , convenient location , excellent service, friendly staffs , in a word , very happy to choose this hotel ,would like to recommend to my friends .
Pros: So beautiful , the theme is a giant Cruze ship. Lots of dark wood , open spaces, and a great bar area in the center of the ship. Breakfast is top notch.
By crossing the door you are entering a space of timeless beauty and luxury. Located on the banks of the picturesque Jinji Lake, the Tonino Lamborghini Boutique Hotel Suzhou has been endowed with a special spiritual power. Hidden to outsiders and open to those who find the way in, the hotel has the power to take every guest to far and away places, freeing them of troubles and difficulties.
Pros: Great staff Large clean comfortable rooms Large comfortable bed Well located, walking distance to Suzhou centre mall A little oasis Tasty breakfast offering
Cons: breakfast ok but not great for international standards. restaurant closing too early (9 pm) on saturday evening.
Pros: The hotel location on the lake (and proximity to Suzhou Center) was outstanding as was the design of the hotel. I also found the staff helpful and courteous. The gardens were a serene and peaceful backdrop to the layout and motif of the hotel. Laundry service was fast.
Cons: The food at breakfast was rather ordinary. Also, many of the competing 5 star luxury hotels in China have bidet/smart toilets which this hotel lacked. The lighting switches were a little quirky. The quality of the TV signal was subpar for a luxury hotel.
Pros: Absolutely one of the best (maybe THE best) hotel I have ever stopped in, style and décor first rate, staff were wonderful, rooms well equipped and ultra comfortable, location on the lake shore was perfect, and breakfast selection and quality was fantastic.. would rate higher than 5 star!
Cons: having to leave ;)
Pros: The room suites were spacious, the shower was joyous, and but for the criticisms below, this was ultimately a picturesque 3 or, at its most generous, 4 star hotel. The staff were well meaning enough, but this really is a confused muddle of a hotel that does not hit the spot.
Cons: Frankly, though this hotel has the illusion of luxury, it falls far short of a five star experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were shown to a room which reeked of stale cigarettes, and external building works (renovation of the hotel) were audible within. Following an immediate complaint, we were relocated to a clean room with no construction noise. In terms of the rooms, we noticed the following: 1. The Bose sound system has a connection for iPhone5 and under - meaning it has not been updated for 5 years. 2. Bathroom Towels are not placed near the shower. 3. Only one pair of slippers was provided in the room. 4. We have stayed at 3* hotels where drinks and refreshments were provided gratis, and replenished daily. This is an inexpensive item for hotels - when will they learn that fleecing customers leaves a bitter taste? 5. Breakfast was not apparently included in the room rate. This is patently absurd if you have pretentious of luxury. 6. On our second day, having left the room for the day at 9.30am, upon returning at 4.30pm the room had still not yet been cleaned. Come on! This is hotels 101. In terms of facilities...: 1. The Swimming pool and gym are simply not of a quality associated with a local counsel facility, let alone a luxury hotel. Note that one can use the Crowne Plaza facilities, however. Additionally, the pool was not open in the evening. 2. The spa treatments were extortionate, and there is no way one can justifiably describe this as a “spa hotel”. Utter nonsense. 3. Bicycles were available for renting....at 80 RMB an hour. This is astonishingly shameful practice. How can they not be provided gratis? I have never had that at a hotel, particularly one based around a beautiful lake. 4. Drilling outside and scaffolding effectively ruined any experience to be had in common areas and the beautifully manicured gardens. What a waste. 5.
Pros: Very friendly staff, great design, new facilities.
Cons: On my arrival I could hardly find the entrance, no Usher waiting for us outside. Some breakfast items tasted a little old, like the corn they provided. In the spa they mixed the menu from the Lamborghini hotel and the Crown Plaza. They showed us the crown Plaza one and rejected the 300 RMB coupons, because they were only valid for the Lamborghini one. Staff was very friendly though, no complain about it. Overall a good stay, but not as great as expected.

Pros: We couldn't remember the name of the lady who took care of the issue we had with the room on the second night while my son was not feeling well, but she was quick to help & rendered excellent services! She walks extra miles to help us. Excellent customer service !
Pros: Clean and cosy room
Cons: Poor breakfast
Pros: Good overall.
Cons: Room was not totally soundproof from the street.
Cons: The staff name of 范道广giving a very good service.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, excellent location and helpful staff.
Cons: Construction work next to the hotel. Once completed, the surrounding should be nice and ok.
Pros: Nice location in front of Wanda Plaza. Very near to Suzhou MRT station. There is a construction site next to it, but it was not bothering us.
Pros: The hotel is new and located in a yet to be utilized shopping centre. Really quiet and not difficult to reach. The staff is friendly, the hotel and room clean, the breakfast a Chinese average. Nothing stands really out though.
Cons: The bathroom design is terrible, as you can not just see the shower area from the room but the toilet too. While partly see-through bathrooms are rather common in China, God know for what reason, this particular hotel really goes out of it's way to achieve the coveted "open concept in toilet design" price and doesn't even close them off from the room properly. Room also did not really feature a functioning desk. Apart from that there was not much to dislike. A solid "good", thus rated 7.

Pros: ‘Garden’ looks great inside the hotel.
Cons: Bad service attitude, bad breakfast&dinner, no english, bad location. And rooms are too dark to make up.
Pros: This is the most wonderful hotel we've ever stayed in! Apart from a very convenient location for exploring Suzhou gardens and museums, the setting within its own gardens is stunning! Inside, every tiny aspect is visibly thoughtful and well cared for. All members of staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with the various aspects of our travel and stay. We enjoyed the food in the hotel. A special highlight was the live music on Guqin or Guzheng in the evenings, while seated in the beautifully elegant and calm lobby, amongst plants and ponds.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like! The only suggestion would be: a map of the hotel grounds in the rooms, we think there was a small museum to visit we weren't aware of until the last day; also several trees have signs/explanations in Chinese on them, it would be nice to have an English version as well.
Cons: Although it is in a garden setting, in really it is too crowded with all the buildings and cars parked along the road. The room is OK. Bathroom is big but with the once-trendy glass wall separating it from the room. Not a big fan of it.
Pros: Beautiful garden , historic building, friendly staff, free hot soup for the winter stay
Cons: Not at all
Pros: The property is very nice and expansive in a quiet pet of the old town. The room is spacious and amenities were nice.
Cons: The hotel is a bit dark and not very close to many of the attractions of Suzhou. Hated that the toiletries (including towels) came wrapped in plastic.

Pros: The room is clean & comfortable, staffs are friendly & helpful. Location is good!
Pros: Hotel front desk staff was very helpful. Helped us booked the tickets to visit Suzhou museum. Location was fab
Cons: The housekeeping staff was too efficient. Despite the do not disturb sign, they still went into the room to clean when we went for breakfast!
Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location.
Cons: This is my fourth time there and it's starting to get a bit run down. Smelled/felt damp throughout and saw a cockroach at breakfast! Food was stale and felt like the previous days. Used to be fantastic, needs some up keep.
Pros: Very nice hotels: the rooms are very big and confortable, very central location (even if not particularly near to the gardens), many shops in the sorroundings. The shuttle service to/from the station is extremely useful.
Cons: Breakfast can be improved: there is enough choice of asian food, but western selection is poor. Fresh fruit variety can be better
Pros: Very good
Pros: Good location for local attraction and shopping. Hotel provides transport to suzhou railway station. Staffs are very helpful.
Cons: Facility & room a bit dim on lighting.
Pros: Easily accessible from metro station. The hotel is at the centre of local merchant road.
Cons: Bed was quite hard and room service stops at 22:00. Old style decoration.
