Pros: Very clean, comfortable, lots of space, knowledgeable and kind staff, great location (short walk to beach and old town), easy to use washing machine and coffee machine, beach towels available to use, very secure room
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stop searching and just book this place. We stayed in Luis' guesthouse for 2 nights and instantly did not regret our choice from the minute we met him. He's as hospitable as they come, waiting for our arrival at 11pm as we got caught up with the police in Barcelona when our bags were stolen. Not only that, he even helped communicate with the police when they found some of our belongings to coordinate a courier to be sent to our next destination in Granada. Aside from this, the pension was magnificently clean, quiet and thoughtful in its design and space. The location is a handy 5 mins walk from old town San Sebastian where you can enjoy all the pintxos bars and stumble your way back to the pension. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! We will be back Luis!

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best aspects of the hotel were (a) the staff, (b) the location, and (c) the high quality of the facilities.
Cons: We could have been informed during check in that we could have saved five euros each if we reserved in advance. The hotel could provide a coffee service on the ground floor so customers don't have to choose between 27 euros and wandering the old city searching for an open Café. Finally, despite the lovely view, the rooftop bar has an absurdly limited - and expensive - drinks and food menu.
7.1 Good
Pros: Fantastic location- walking distance to all attractions, very quiet, comfortable and clean
Cons: Pillows too hard, otherwise, lovely!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect !! Staff amazing and attentive. Very clean and comfortable! We love a comfortable bed and nice lines and towels , and it had it all . Breakfast was excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything great accommodation and superb location. Wonderful staff.
Cons: Zero
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location right on the edge of Old Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable.
Cons: We would have liked a choice of pillows as we did not find the ones in our room very comfortable. We were given a rate of 17.50 euro a day for parking when we booked only to find out at the hotel that rate not longer applied and the current rate was 33.00 euro. The hotel is difficult to find if you have a vehicle as it requires you to enter via a no entry paved area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was so impressed with this fabulous hotel. We were on our honeymoon and they greeted us with champagne on arrival and had a bottle brought up to our room as well. Gorgeous rooms and right in the center of the old town and all the best pinxos restaurants. Also had a lovely rooftop pool with a great view overlooking the la concha beach!
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Non
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at Villa Soro for 4 nights. The main building is elegant with a very warm atmosphere. I had a corner room on the first floor of the newer building which had it owns semi-private outdoor space. Both were nice. The bedroom and bathroom were of good size and quite utilitarian. The newer house has no street noise, though the area is sufficiently quiet that I would be surprised if the original house is affected by traffic noise. The staff is very polite and helpful. I chose to stay at the Villa as I thought I might find interesting people with whom to talk. Breakfast seemed like an obvious time but the bar is actually pretty lively at night. My wish was fulfilled. Members of The Morgan Motor Club were there with their glorious convertibles (British racing green, of course) and there were 2 architects from Stockholm on their way to Bilbao.
Cons: My bathroom was not adequately cleaned. I suppose this was due to the maid believing that Americans only take showers. However, there were enough clues that I take baths. The tub wasn't cleaned (or not to my standards) and neither q-tips nor hand soap were replaced in a timely matter.. I found there was too much noise transmitted from the room or rooms above which may have been just the luck of the draw in whose overhead. Note that this really is a residential area and you will have a good 30 minute walk to the bus station or even most restaurants.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about Akelarre. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The views and architecture of the building are breathtaking. The rooms are so beautifully designed and furnished and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are wonderful. The communal areas are very quiet and impressive artworks are dotted around. The wellness area is also stunning and not too busy. Had an excellent facial with a great therapist. One of my favourite places that I have ever stayed.

Pros: Amazing location in Old Town; staff was super friendly and helpful with where to find the best pintxos. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!
6.3 Good
Pros: Location. ZWas close to pOld Town
Cons: Location was noisy at night. Window opened to a main thoroughfare.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was large with a lounge sitting room, and although in the old town it overlooked a quiet square so was not noisy. Handy location to everything.
Cons: Would have preferred a bathroom off the living area instead of an en-suite in the bedroom, but that was a pretty minor problem.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed and surprisingly spacious room. Very quiet despite excellent central location in Old Town. Staff very helpful and swift to reply to emails before stay. Great coffee too!
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean bright good staff Big rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, plenty of space, very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Pillows
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The hotel was great but in the plaza where it is located there were some homeless people living that made the area feel unsecure. It seems that one of the days the police was called and they left for a night, but returned next day. That night one of them approached my husband in a threatening way, asking him if he was the person that called the police!! Obviously it was very uncomfortable for us the rest of the days we were there and scary. I think the hostal should talk to the police to give a round every day and prevent these people to stay in the plaza for consecutive days, because it made the area feel unsafe...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, space and cleanliness. Very friendly receptionist on our first 2 mornings. Drinks in the fridge were free and there was a communal area where you could make coffee. They even supplied small paper cups for you to take your coffee on the go.
Cons: We arrived very late and couldn’t find the entrance, wasting around 15 minutes of our evening. Clearer instructions needed in that area.
Hotel Leku Eder - San Sebastian - Bedroom

9.1 Excellent (1,317 reviews)
S$ 112+
Overview Reviews
This small, non-smoking family hotel enjoys stunning sea views from the Monte Igeldo area of San Sebastián. Look out over the dramatic Basque coastline as you enjoy breakfast in its scenic dining room. Free parking is available. The Leku Eder lies on a peaceful, green cliff top at the western end of San Sebastián’s famous Concha Beach. This privileged setting allows you to enjoy the spectacular views over the bay near this elegant seaside resort. You can even take in the views from the hotel’s little garden. For some fun, head to the Monte Igeldo amusement park, just 500 metres away. You can also easily explore the exclusive shops and traditional pintxos bars of the city centre – just a short bus ride away. Outside the city you can visit the impressive natural coastline, pretty fishing villages and several nature parks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ocean view vas fabulous and the room was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were informative, very helpful, and relaxed and friendly. The amenities were of a very good quality but also homely and reflecting Basque culture. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of things to choose from. Although away from the town, this was a bonus as we got two different worlds, the quiet coastal view and bustling San Sebastian only a 20 minute bus trip away. We also walked into town down the bush pathway which is part of the Camino de Santiago!
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A delightful hotel away from the bustle of the city. Easy access by bus or taxi to the stunning city San Sebastian. Wonderfully friendly, welcoming staff with many recommendations on what to see, where to sample the best pintxos etc. Would stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything - cleanliness, comfort, staff and location. There is always someone at the desk to help you with a smile and a fresh array of food and baked cakes/pastries at the breakfast which is well worth opting for. There is a bus right from the door which travels to the old town. A friendly, efficient and I dare say family operated establishment which I highly recommend.
Cons: All great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: this hotel was spectacular. From the very first moment, we were overly impressed with the front desk staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and room and everything in between. We will definitely return.
Cons: Nothing! Everything went great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel, although not in the middle of the city was ideal. The location was beautiful and transport to and from town was easy, either using the nearby funicular or the bus which has a stop outside the front door. Our host was friendly and informative. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the sea from the private balcony. The free parking was a bonus. Highly recommended! San Sebastian's best kept secret..
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The parking was easy. The staff and room were good. We walked up to the Theme park to catch the Funicular down to the beach and were surprised that we had to pay to enter the grounds to transverse to the funicular station. After the funicular ride down we walked into town around the beach front. We caught a taxi back for less than 10 Euros. The breakfast was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is beautiful, bus to town directly across the street, bus from town drops you ON THE STEPS OF THE HOTEL, walk along the Camino (backwards) into town was fun for us, just having complete our Camino, the views from our ocean side room were unbelievable and parking for people with cars is great... Staff was fantastic all around..
Cons: Little if anything to complain about ... great place..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Brilliant breakfast good selection of food. Lovely area and very good bus service in to SAN Sebastian which is a lovely town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Leku Eder. Our room had spectacular views as well as the breakfast room. Check in was easy and they gave us lots of useful information of what to see and how to get there. The bus picks you up right in front of the hotel, very convenient. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Europeans don’t use washcloths. They weren’t in any of the hotels we stayed in Spain or Portugal, but everything else was there like soap and shampoo. The breakfast was awesome, lots of meats, cheeses, cereals and pastries. Also they had excellent coffee and tea. If you stay on the ocean side with the absolutely spectacular views you will see the lighthouse at night. No problem, just lower the blinds. I highly recommend this hotel it is small, only about 18 rooms, but the location and service are excellent!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We felt like we were home. Congratulations for how they manage a family hotel. it has a magnificent panorama of Atlantic Ocean and very helpful staff. We love it and we hope to return soon.
Cons:
7.3 Good
Pros: The staff are very knowledgeable and are very friendly and helpful. The view of the lighthouse and the Atlantic is pretty. A few minutes' walk from the hotel will give you a wonderful view of San Sebastian. With the information given by the staff, you can get to the city readily but having a car is definitely was helpful to drive around to nearby sites.
7.3 Good
Pros: Dramatic location overlooking the bay from mountain top from the breakfast room. No restaurant, but helpful receptionist served me toast with cheese and ham in the evening- the same as breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Why is this 2 star? One of the nicest places we have stayed in. All the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Loved the wooden furniture. As for the view it was to die for both from breakfast room and balcony.
Cons: Only complaint is I wish it was closer.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely room and beautiful views over the bay. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Great location. Very nice rooms.
Cons: Noisy. Trash removal and deliveries late into night and early in morning. Did not sleep well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was so convenient. Rooms spacious and everything so clean. We had a beautiful room overlooking the park and all rooms had a cute balcony.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and really friendly reception staff. Really suitable for our time in San Sebastián. Would highly recommend.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was excellent. Not too far of a walk to the train station and close to the beach and old town for pxintos hopping! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very helpful and although I was not happy with the view in the room they offerred to re-locate us as they were fully booked up.
Cons: I requested a quiet room with a view. The view was a dark coutyard with the neighbours laundry hanging on a line. The smell of laundry permeated the room and may be a problem for anyone having odor sensitivity.
6.2 Good
Cons: the reception area has to be moved away from the first floor where several rooms are located literally next to the reception desk.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The noisy room, unable to sleep for three days. The bathroom shower had mold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for jumping into both the old town and the newer town. The staff were very helpful, parking was available a short distance away and the staff helped us navigate through the entry, exit, and payment to the parking lot. We had some great tips on food and restaurant locations when we arrived. Our room was cleaned every day with free bottled water, which is something you don't get everywhere. There was no coffee in the room but a cute coffee bar right next door which was convenient. We loved our stay in San Sebastian, Legapzi made it easy and comfortable for the 4 days. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Street traffic noise was a bit much and our room was located right on the main street underneath the garbage and recycling containers for the block..so a bit noisy throughout the night. But we loved the big french door windows in both the bedroom and the bathroom, the balcony off the main room, and the light so the trade off was worth it for us.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is very convenient.
Cons: No view from the room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This place is a gem. Great location, very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. San Sebastian hotels can be expensive so this is good value when you take into account the central location. We have made two trips this year and very much hope for a third soon.
Cons: Having stayed here before I was disappointed that the room seemed smaller than the one we had on a previous visit. However the balcony did make up for it.

Pros: Very warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Hotel and room very clean with fresh clean towels every day. Complimentary coffee and soft drinks was a nice touch. The hotel location was fantastic right in the old town and the concierge gave us some great recommendations about where to visit. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely Pension for the location, cleanliness and lovely staff.
Cons: Only very small negatives were that a couple of times our clean towels seemed to be wet on the shelf ? whether they were put in wet or whether it came from the sink above and the beds were slightly harder than we found comfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Small but clean. Good location.
9.6 Excellent

Pros: All great. Free water and sodas in the mini bar a lovely touch. Loved the slower gel.

Pros: Old Elegant hotel, Great location, Lovely view of the Beach and waterfront.
Cons: Construction on the street side made it noisy during the day but that can’t Be helped.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel wonderful location staff were fantastic.
6.7 Good
Pros: We were given a handicap room without being asked if that was ok for us ( we are not handicapped). The room had crazy doors, shower and especially lights that were not explained and could have been deactivated but we were not told this until we complained. When we used the bathroom in middle of night we couldn’t turn off automatic light. How could we not be told or have this screwy room explained to us. Manager did nothing about it when we complained in the morning
7.0 Good
Cons: WiFi not working No coffee in room
5.8 Okay
Pros: Amazing view and location Maid service was timely and outstanding, and they were very nice
Cons: -Charged 46 euro each morning for breakfast, didn’t disclose -Small 8 oz water bottles were 3 euro (should be free at least once a day for such an expensive room) -Very slow service at front desk, especially to get your vehicle -Low quality bed, which is egregious for the price of the hotel -General up charges for everything (even worse than in the US) -Crowd is super stuffy and uptight, judged us for not being over 60 and wearing nice clothes
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms with ocean view are by far the best hotel experience in San Sebastián, even though they come at a very high price

4.6 Okay
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Where do I start. Firstly we arrived and there was a stink in the room. We found the smell made it difficult to even breath in the bathroom. I went to the shop to buy cleaning products to try eradicate the smell. Then the noise in the hotel is ridiculous. I've stayed in noisy hotels in NYC and Palermo so I don't mind some external noise, however the noise was internal and in the room above ours. It was as if they where moving furniture all night and then again first thing in the morning. We emailed the hotel the first night to express our displeasure as nobody was on the desk during the night and our email was ignored. The noise continued for 3 nights and 3 mornings. Finally at checkout my partner tried to express her displeasure at the noise and was greeted by intimidation by a male employee who produced a sheet that we had marked whilst being intimate the night before. This caused my partner great embarrassment and made her extremely upset. The hotel at no point acknowledged our email or in person the sleepless nights we had. Horrible experience and I never complain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the list of restaurants they provided.
Cons: The shower was a bit small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Coffee machine on communal landing was lovely gesture. Location was fabulous.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice and helpful staff. Location good to railway station and restaurants.
Cons: No sound protection. Rooms seem to be (separated) by wooden partitions. We have to talk very low voice to receptionists after 10 pm or before 10 am to avoid disturbing other customers. Window blind is too thin to block light. We have to put blanket and towel to cover the window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was incredibly convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were very safe and spotlessly clean!
7.9 Good
Pros: First the good stuff. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Excellent staff on reception. John and Joseph (I Can't spell their names in Basque!) were delighted to provide any information on their city eg cafes, restaurants, transport etc. The location is ideal in an elegant and quiet mixed residential and commercial area close to the beach and old town. San Sebastian is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. People are genuinely friendly and helpful and the food, incl pintxos, is excellent.
Cons: We were in room 15 beside reception and it was somewhat noisy from early, 7am, with both staff and guest noises. The bathroom is way too small and would cause problems for anyone with even slight mobility or weight issues. It appears accommodation prices in San Sebastian are quite high and in my opinion do not provide value for money. Prices for Hotels including breakfast are significantly lower in other cities and countries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
10.0 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was fab Very clean bathroom facilities Right in the heart of old town
Cons: Having a business card with the facility managers email etc would have been handy Is a bit of a process to contact via email the property via booking.com, I don’t think I seen the property’s email on their website. None the less , host was very friendly. Also, it was very hot a night as there is only a fan so take this into accountability when booking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the clean facilities.
Cons: Nothing it was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The hotel is conveniently located in old town and right on the plaza however wasn’t loud at all! Jonathon was fabulous - he contacted us upon arrival as our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until late, he met us at the hotel and allowed us to check in and get settled. Rooms were large and bathrooms always available and very clean! Would stay again on my next trip to San Sebastián!
Cons: N/A
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A great location and very clean, spacious accommodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything except the mattress. That you had an elevator, I loved the location and the person that greeted us. Very clean and amenities were wonderful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location; even if the toilet is shared the trouble is minimal since it is cleaned very often.
Cons: Unfortunately the manager had a personal issue and could not let us in at the normal check-in time. He was very kind and apologetic afterwards, but the situation could have been handled better.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This Pensión was in the heart of San Sebastián and the shared bathrooms were clean and new
Cons: The room was quite small and any street noise could be easily heard!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The windows and shutters are substantial, so although there was noise at night (Thursday through to Saturday) I didn't find it too much of a problem as most of it was shut out once the windows and shutters were closed. However, I recommend taking earplugs just in case. If it's a hot evening you may want to go to sleep with the windows open.
Cons: It may be a good idea to put down carpet in the hall that links all the rooms. You can hear other guests moving around when they're coming in through the front door or going to the bathrooms. I also think that perhaps parents with babies shouldn't be allowed to stay there. The walls aren't that thick, so when there's a baby crying at night it's disruptive for the other guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hostess was very friendly & helpful.
Cons: Could be noisy but Windows kept out most of the noise

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Apartment lovely and clean.Staff helpful and friendly
Cons: The welcome pack was not free.Fortunately realised before used any coffee or tea that was quite expensive.Thought a bit mean especially when you arrive late in evening after traveling all day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very convenient bus travel into the city. The apartment was quiet, spacious, very clean & comfortable! The breakfast was much more than we could eat! Fabulous view as well!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely spacious apartment Very clean and modern Comfy bed Location is a 35 min walk down hill into Sebastián and the bus service very efficient, 10 mins Fab terrace and beautiful views!
Cons: Nothing not to like
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern, very well equipped apartment with a massive private terrace opening to a fabulous view to the valley below and the mountains. Quite location, no noise, private parking at the property. Staff very attentive and ready to help with information and recommendations. Bus stop 5min walking distance, 10-15min journey to the city centre. Busses stop at 10pm so taxi ride cost us 11 Euro (no Uber in San Sebastian). Reception 9am to 6pm but not an issue at all, access via magnetic card/code.
Cons: The coffee capsules and small snacks provided were at extra cost - found it cheaper to buy a box of capsules from the supermarket. A full-size mirror would be a good complement to the apartment.

7.5 Good
Pros: Proximity to beach and a nice walk to town
Cons: Road noise
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location just steps away from the boardwalk leading to the beach, shops and food. Cozy home with friendly staff.
7.0 Good
Cons: The bathroom, specifically the shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Far Out Inn didn’t look like much from the street, but once you entered the property and saw the view of the beach it was worth every penny. We had a balcony that was amazing to look at while eating the included daily breakfast that was delivered to your room. You were a mere 15 minute walk to all of the pintxos bars of the city as well as an amazing hike. Definitely recommend the Pintxos tour put on by the staff. Will most definitely return again and again!
Cons: The shared bathroom is slightly inconvenient, but overall was a very well designed and updated facility.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, good location just outside of Old Town near the main beach. Great water pressure in the shower! Air conditioning was a plus!
Cons: Noisy - balcony was over the main road so we had to sleep with all the windows and shutters closed. No 24 hour reception which is strange for the price and for a hotel - we needed to print some bus tickets for a bus the following morning and had to pay a restaurant to do it! Beds had some kind of plastic covering over the mattress so they were very squeaky every time you moved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really nice and helpful! The location is great, only few minutes walking from a beach and the old Town district.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Room 103 small and in need of redecoration.

Pros: location central but not as busy as old town center and little less costly. Close to train station and main bus station which was important for our travel.
Cons: Shower a bit small with shower tap position making accidental turning off when turning difficult to avoid.

Pros: The staff went above and beyond to assist us with secure storage for our bikes.
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: On our arrival the doorman Juan Antonio made a real extra effort to get our luggage, and get us parked as the access to parking was not easy to see. He was very attentive and helpful, got us all set up in hurry. An easy walk to the Promenade and beach area. Loved that the stairways are right in the lobby rather than a dingy stairwell, so you can use the stairs. Breakfast was great- loved that you could have eggs done anyway you liked- mmm omelettes. A wonderful stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the breakfast options.
Cons: We had a triple room. One of the beds (the middle bed) had a significant amount of sand in the sheets. Then, when we had breakfast, one of our plates was covered in sticky stuff (but it was in the clean plate pile). That made us question the cleanliness of the hotel overall.

Pros: It suited our requirements although a little far from the action.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: Room was very spartan with very little space for clothing. Hotel only suitable for overnight stays. Breakfast was awful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location within walking distance of the city centre. It’s a very clean and modern looking hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Lovely solarium and jacuzzi on level 6. Although it’s close to a main road the rooms are well soundproofed and air conditioned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to see that they also work hard to employ people with disabilities. Lunch was delicious and excellent value: 20Euros for three courses including wine, water and bread. Good range of breakfast items. We didn’t have dinner. We were sad to leave.
Cons: Need to reduce single-use plastic. A comb and pack of tissues don’t need to be enclosed in high density plastic, for example.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern clean hotel with private parking. A little out of town, we parked up and got a taxi to the main bar area cost 20 euro, wouldn’t want to walk it.
Cons: In a built up residential area of town

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a great team here and they do anything to make your stay as great as it can be. We had a small problem with our room and we were moved hassle free to a better room. You can easily get around to places like the beach and the old town. Just be prepared to do a good walk or use local transport.
Cons: Nothing to really dislike. There were renovations going on so this was a slight inconvenience when we wanted a bit of quiet time during the day but we just made the most of heading into San Sebastián and the beach.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast was excellent quality and choice. Bathrooms had al toiletries and hair dryer Iron & Ironing board in the room
Cons: Just a little out of the city, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel to get into the centre, also it is a nice walk along the promenade for those who enjoy it
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice hotel
Cons: Had to pay 15€ for car park, every night you stayed.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: A little far from Old Town and car parking charge sprung on us at check out.
5.4 Okay
Pros: I asked for a double bed because my 3 year old still sleeps with us and they gave us a suite with three twin beds two of them pushed together to simulate a double bed. Very uncomfortable and therefore we didn’t rest properly. Also we were given the rooms directly off the elevator which proved to be very noisy luckily we were only there one night and had to wake up early.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great showers, beds were super comfortable. Lovely complimentary bottle of water in the room, coffee matching, and kettle which was great.
Cons: At the top of a rather steep hill which was challenging for my parents. Also, they charged me for the wrong booking, and there was a bit of confusion when checking out. A lot of staff standing around chatting, with only one lady doing all the work, which she should be commended for, she was really good, the others not so much.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely Nothing Breakfast over priced. We had our breakfast the little cafe at the hotel w very little variety of food offer.
Cons: Breakfast over priced. We had our breakfast the little cafe at the hotel w very little variety of food offer. Stuff very unfriendly. There was big construction next to the hotel and created a lot of noise from early morning No robs and sleepers and when we called we were tolled they charge for it but will do exception for us Pool was closed and spa, sauna and steam and a small pool like was for $12.00 for an hour and $18 1 1/2 hrs fee. I was not informed at the time booking and that was not your site. The spa that was sold me on the hotel chose. Also, location miss informed on your side. It is a almost 30 min walk to city center. We asked for a higher floor and with a smirk were told that our request rooms are not on higher floor. i asked for a room with shower only, due bad hip, and again with a smirk had a negative answer. We had very bad experiences, I had problem getting in to the bathtub for shower and leave day earlier and lost the a day of prepay ed stay. Very unhappy.

Pros: Extremely comfortable.
Cons: Nothing everything was as I expected.

Pros: Everything was lovely. Comfortable, clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was a fair distance from the beach but as we had a car it was easy to park at the hotel and find our own way to beachfront.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
7.5 Good
Pros: We were given a very comfortable, clean and spacious room with a large balcony (Room 305). We loved the fact that we could take the No. 5 bus for €1.75 into the old town (this bus arrives every 5-10 mins) and it was less than a minute walk to the bus stop from this hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is a small hotel in a very nice suburb area lots of trees
Cons: it does not have a Gym
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very Clean. Easy to get to from exit GI-20. Great parking both above and below ground. Great location with 2 bus line stops next to the hotel that take you to city center & La Playa de la Concha. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Small cafe with standard fare - nothing great. Rooms could use a little repair to water damaged bathroom door & floor. Doesn't really reflect its 4 Star rating - more like a 3+.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good fluffy towels.
Cons: The decor and bathroom was very tired and uninspiring.Dirty uneven seals in the bath and shower
