Attention, dirty with humidity

There was heating in the room, and soap at the shower. The beds were comfortable.

We called before check-in to ask about parking nearby and the receptionist could not find our reservation in the system but told us to come as they still had availability. They gave us a room with a huge humidity stain in the wall (the painting was coming off). There were visible marks of feet and dirt in the floor of the toilet and there were not enough towels for our group and the towels were dirty (with dark spots on them). During covid times it made us wonder on the cleaning of the hotel. The receptionist asked us to give a good review and they would give us a free night in the future.

Smelly, outdated hotel which needs...

Very good location (close to the metro and direct connection to the airport) and helpful staff which assisted me with the problems I've encountered during my stay. I've encountered a lot of problems which I will describe below in detail.

The first room they gave me smelled like a sewer, the smell was actually so bad I went to the front desk to ask for another room. After this experience I went to look at other guests reviews and it occurs this is a well known problem they have since januari 2019! On other guests said that he 'almost threw up' and I can say that yes, indeed the smell was that intense. The other rooms I got smelled also a little bit but they were doable. Day three of my stay I plugged in my charger and the whole room went out of power. So I had to change rooms again. Afterwards It appeared that electrical issue broke my charger. All the rooms had very dirty stained carpets, mold spots and the paint came off the walls. Also my third room had only one single little towel because they forgot to put new ones. Also they didn't clean under the bed because there were still some questionable items under it from previous guests. The matras was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs right trough it. They use a magnetic room key system but every time I went outside and came back my key didn't work anymore so I was locked out of my room and had to re-read the key at the front desk. This happened 4 times. The wifi was extremely slow and disconnected constantly so I had to use my data instead. Also don't ever drink tap water from their bathrooms. It tastes awful and smells. I think their pipes are outdated. When I drank tap water from other buildings nearby it did taste fine. I didn't expect much luxury for 25 euro a night but this was below par. I feel so bad for putting out a review like this but I can not lie to other potential guests. I think they should fix their issues before taking in other guests. I just went to look up the other reviews to see If I missed anything and It seems that the site just updated? and only recent reviews are visible. My advise is better pay a bit more for a clean room than to stay in this property.

I'm so sorry to write this but sadly it's the truth. First of all, my room was not that clean, in the bathroom there was hair on the floor. From the first day I wasn't able to close my room door until one night when I returned to my room it no longer opened and I was unable to sleep in my room. They had to give me another room for one night leaving all my stuff. The next day the staff apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a better room on the third floor, it felt like being in another hotel.

Friendly reception

I stayed in this hotel overnight just to wait for my connecting flights, so I chose the cheapest option close to the airport. I didn't expect something extraordinary, just a clean location.... but it was very dirty in my room, dirty, dusty carpet, old towels, dirty bed with some spots. The bathroom was extremely small, the shower was separated by curtain which sticked to your body while washing... I do not recommend to stay in the hotel even for 1 night. Sorry.

Could do with updating, the room outdated, need decorating, windows need professional cleaning.

Metro and buses are really close. Easy check in and out.

The room window was moldy around, the room had bad smell, even the bathroom was moldy in lot of spots.

We were attending a karate competition so the hotel was near the arena and right beside metro line.

Some of the staff were actually quite rude in dealing with us. The bathrooms in the room s when you showered the floor was flooded. We were told rooms would be ready at 1-2. We didn't get our room til 3:50. No apologies from the we staff.

Breakfast was modest but had quite an amount and a variety of fruit which pleased me very much. AParte from the fruit all the rest was satisfactory for the price paid for the room.

It was not too far from the airport.

When I entered the room, the smell in the room was so unbearable that I almost vomitted. It is not simply old as many opinions say, it is also dirty and moldy. The 'new' plastic cup had blood on it and even the 'clean' blanket was moldy. I was even worried to have a shower there. Had I arrived earlier there (not close to midnight), I wouldn't have stayed.

Our breakfast was not included in the rate, but the reception person allowed to have a breakfast.

We were put in a room with sewage smelling toilet, so the entire room smelled all the time we were there, no matter what was done. I told about the issue the reception person and all what was done was spraying by some cleaning detergent which added more of bad smell on top of the sewage bad smell.

The receptionist was very unfriendly and had an attitude and was arrogant without any reason. The room – not only it looked completely different than on the photos, it was tiny, and it wasn't even possible to turn around or take a step without bumping into something. There was also much noise coming from outside during the night.

The breakfast service was terrible. There were neither enough chairs, nor coffee cups nor plates for everyone. They brought plastic cups to manage the bottle neck. The room was not very clean. The WiFi connection did not work well.

Dirty, nasty place... Would not recommend staying in this dump... We booked a double size bed but was given two single beds with no concern for our booking... WiFi was not working for the three days we were there, terrible... Was promise a late check-out by one receptionist but when I told the receptionist on duty the next morning (Ceasar) he basically accused me of lying, was totally rude and proceeded to charge me extra - which I will complain to management... Staff member tried his best to remedy a situation that was out of his control.

Hotel was under construction. One floor of rooms was shabby ... poor quality bed covers and towels and showers. If you were fortunate enough to land a renovated room it was clean and contemporary .

Great location. Carlos at check-in was a gem. Air conditioning was good. Staff did well with what they had to work with.

We ordered two apartments with a double bed, which looked pretty decent in the pictures/in offer. We got rooms with many beds, which made it impossible to move around inside the room. The room was dirty, the carpet, which boasted the owner in the internet was so dirty that the we fear to put a barefoot on it. The safe honestly did not have a lock, from the promoted, individual cosmetic set we received one bathing cap. Tragedy .... in addition, the object is under renovation!

Breakfast was served 25 minutes after the hour it was supposed (7h00). No apologies or justification were presented from the person that was responsible for this delay.

Normal for the price

The room and furniture has been restored. The base of the shower is not well isolated. During the bath the water runs out under the base. Since they are in works it´s a pity if doesnt stay isolated.

Very impolite and rude staff. I got a tiny, little room that differed largely from those shown on the pictures. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10 am. However, in three of six nights, it didn't open before 8 (the staff just said: 'Sorry, my colleague is late'). As we always had do leave before 8, we had to get breakfast somewhere else.

You get what you pay for but for ten euros more I had a wonderful monks cell in the heart of busy Sevilla so this was really a disappointment. The carpet was dirty, the beds worn, the shower curtain stained. The whole room was delapidated. Thank God I could open the window and let in some fresh air. The only positive is it is very easy to tale the metro across the street from the hotel to the Lisbon airport and to the city itself.

We can store our languages. The breakfast which is provided is good and we had a wide choice of meals. The location is near the airport.

***UPDATE: Hotel blocked money on my credit card and refused to send cancellation... I tried to contact them using the provided phone number, but the man who responded was not able to understand literally anything after that with no excuse ended the call... and then I tried to call one more time with no luck... *** My cover of the bed was ripped. The door of the bathroom only partially closed. WiFi doesn't work completely... In the bathroom the water was flooded everywhere. Our room was so small, we didn't have even place to move.

The best thing about the hotel was its location. Also the breakfast offered was fine.

The biggest drawback was the staff, especially at the reception desk. Unfriendly and arrogant. The linen on the bed was dirty.

The Staff were extremely helpful & polite.
