Pros: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The leg room was smaller than most other flights and the war phonejack didn't work and the video constantly paused every 30 seconds. Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.

Pros: Some of the crew were amazing and some were grouchy and not very helpful

Pros: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Pros: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Cons: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Pros: The crew was super attentive. The seats were really confortable. I loved that the seat would completely flatten to make a « bed », wonderfully for sleeping!

Cons: The check in and boarding in Kathmandu was really not good. I requested wheelchair assistance when I booked, and was never offered a wheelchair nor any assistance for that matter ...

Pros: Crew was very professional and served snacks and beverages at regular intervals. One of the fellow passengers was over reacting to some minor unintentional neglect by an female crew member and told her to shut up when she was trying to understand the issue. But the crew handled the situation very professionally.

Pros: We missed the connection because the Istanbul airport is a silent airport and no announcement were made for boarding.

Cons: Announcement from crew or reach out to people in front of gate would help. Also, the staff at Istanbu airport is so rude and have no respect for customers.

Pros: Pilots were good, they provided a smooth ride.

Cons: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.
