The reception staff were very helpful. The indoor pool and facilities were good. Room was clean and shower was great.
The buffet only menus with no warning were a shock. No other restaraunts nearby without driving.

indoor en outdoors pool, excellent breakfast buffet. Centrally located for excursions to Sintra and Lisboa. The address of the hotel that booking.com provided turned out to be incorrect. For those with GPS, it should be: Rua Mato da Mina no. 9 in Sintra.

The area is very quiet and relaxing plus the staff is really helpful.

Relaxing enviroment, nice views to Sintra and friendly staff.
Too crowded. The pool and dining room could not cope with the nunbers. No sunbeds left and had to que to get breakfast. Also could not have dinner as it was booked by other residents - the dining room is too small.

My experience was that hotel and staff was family (children) friendly and tolerant. My two boys loved it which was exactly what I'd hoped for.
