Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, particularly unhelpful or rigid staff, and problems with cleanliness such as stained linens and unclean bathrooms. Parking was a recurring problem, with guests struggling to find spaces and receiving little assistance from staff. Some guests also mentioned discomfort with the beds. While a few reviews noted helpful staff and a comfortable stay, the overall sentiment was mixed, with more negative experiences than positive.
