Bus from gate to plane waited more than 30 minutes in a freezing temperatures of a/c. Plane temperature was very cold .

i bought a biz class fare but a few days before vistara always changes my biz class flight to economy .. happened to me 4 times .. seated could be wider .. boarding could be more organized .. crew did their best but not enough resources all in all very poor experience
Qatar said few times that the luggage will be at the final destination but they were wrong. Please check where your port of entry is at the destination. This is where the luggage would be. The food was terrible.
Comfortable seats, service, food and responses of crews member was polite and way they were talking with customer was very professional.
They need to be more accommodative when folks have a connecting flight and that too under the same ownership.
I have been taken about 500 flights over the last 22 years or so and I would say that in terms of cleanliness and interior maintenance this particular plane was by far the poorest one I had. The upholstery and carpet was downright dirty and poor. Practically every single video system was nonfunctional. Practically every single food tray was bent and could not hold the food tray. On and on. Its a joke to even be asking feedback. Air Indi needs to be embarrassed to be putting out this level of service.
One of the On board crew misbehaved and services were poor
Flight was delayed in total one and half hours that was typical old Air India .. So avoid new Airindia with same old reputation. Make sure flights are in time .

The Airlines is really professional and flights are almost on time in respect of departure and arrivals are concerned.
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

I purchased a tickket with Lufthansa but "operated by" United Airlines. At the airport United staff were unable to help me select a seat on the portion of the flight actually run by Lufthansa. Nor was I able to check in over the web, possibly to self-select my seat. The link given in the check in email claimed my flight record locator ID was invalid.
Missed the flight due to delays, waited hours for someone to finally do something to help, get on a flight 10 hours later only to have the plane deviate to Greece and made us spend the night in Greece and get on a flight the next day. It was a 3 day trip and the worst experience of traveling we've ever been through.
You get what you pay for. Beware 747/8 entertainment interface ...the touch screens are rubbish.
This flight never happened, but Kayak would never know that because they refused to help me. If you're reading this, stop using Kayak and go directly to Google and search for flights. Then if possible, book direct through the airline. Save yourself the time, money, and pain and avoid Kayak.
