Cons:The AC did not work. The shower was either ice cold or scalding hot, there was no in between. The audio on the TV would come in and out so sometimes you couldn't hear it and other times it was so loud I'm sure the rooms next door could hear it. After such a long day of travel we didn't even bother asking for a new room because we were there less than 12 hours, but based on other complimentary reviews I was disappointed in this hotel.
Pros:The couch folded out into a bed for the kids. The breakfast was good.
Cons:After booking online, I was given a room with a king size bed. I called to change that to two full size beds as I was staying with my sons. Guess what we were given? The pool was out of order, which was quite disappointing to the kids. The bathroom sink was cracked, and there was a lone pubic hair on the countertop. The bed was as hard as concrete. Our experience was much better when we stayed last summer.
Pros:Young man at the front desk had a great attitude and was very helpful. Great breakfast! Helpful staff.
Cons:Bed a little hard. Carpet could use shampooing.

Cons:The AC was completely OFF when I checked in after a 100 degree day. The pool and business office were both out of order when I checked in. They were working on the business center the next morning. The breakfast was OK but not as good as some. The hotel was full and they were having trouble keeping up with the breakfast. I stayed on and Wednesday night in June and the summer travel season was in full swing.
Pros:Good location away from city center.
Cons:Water in pool was COLD!
Pros:Clean room, sheets, good towels, shower. Staff helpful. Breakfast has protein.

Cons:The smell in the hotel. For advertising a place for weddings, it was disappointing. I figured it would be extremely nice.
Pros:Location was great. The outside area and lobby are really nice. Easy accomodating service animals.
Cons:Beds are so small & uncomfortable, I could not sleep for more than two hours. It smells funky in the room when you first walk in.
Pros:Clean hotel, good value, would stay again
Cons:Not to single this hotel out, but why do hotels think pillows that have no support are comfortable? Breakfast was only ok. Microwaved egg and meat products were rubbery and wish staff would keep up with demand of food items. Lastly, wish they would patch potholes on property.
