Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting severe issues such as infestations, dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Many also noted that the amenities did not match what was advertised, with missing or broken items like refrigerators, microwaves, and toiletries. The value for price was widely criticized, with guests feeling that the rates were not justified by the poor conditions. However, the staff consistently received praise for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which was the main positive aspect mentioned across several reviews.
