Conrad Manila - Pasay - Building
1
9.1 Excellent (7,846 reviews)
S$ 266+
Overview Reviews
The remarkable Manila Bay greets you as you step in front the large windows of your room or suite at the Conrad Manilla. Embedded within the S Maison retail complex, the hotel accesses recreational venues, boutiques and attractions, but the on-site facilities are certainly worth all your time as well. Taste the subtle flavours of innovative Asian dishes at the two in-house restaurants and find your recipe for relaxation within the Health Spa, where you have an abundance of body treatments, healing procedures and couple treatments. Afterwards, experience what it’s like to swim in a reef at the infinite pool designed to mimic corals. Improve your fitness with a personal trainer to guide you through the high-end equipment in the gym. Once the long day of excitement and pleasure ends, you rest in a palatial room with Bluetooth-enabled entertainment technology. Weddings are always prominent on the social calendar as the Grand Ballroom attracts couples from all over the world.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: clean. good location.
Cons: there shouldn't be any restriction on swimming attire for kids.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and smooth check-in and check out process
Cons: None :)
6.2 Good
Pros: Pool area and the one staff member there was nice. Oh, and the food was top notch. Aside from that, and the facility, I was not impressed. Mostly just frustrating.
Cons: They told us "no" way too many times for any place in the hospitality industry. To be fair, we're not that needy. They're just a bit too strict for their own good. For one, they refused to give us free wifi access until we had reluctantly signed up to be part of the Hilton rewards club. Also, if you like to enjoy the occasional smoke, this place is similar to a hospital in that you will be told to move elsewhere if you're not in the one place they allow smoking.
6.3 Good
Pros: I like the location, it is very convenient and very near Mall of Asia and S Maison. It is near the Bay so sunsets are really stunning.
Cons: Spent our anniversary here. For it’s price I was expecting more warmth and hospitality from the staff upon checkin, but none. We even had to ask all info about wifi, gym schedule, pool schedule. Requests from the reception takes too long to be accommodated, maybe they are busy on the times we call in some requests. Also, there was a leak in our room when we stayed there so we had to be transferred to another room the next morning. Although the new room has better views, transferring took so long I don’t know why. We had to wait 45mins for the bellman to provide our new room keys and pickup our stuff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully designed hotel on Manila Bay. Depending on the room not always the best view but the rooms are comfortable and the staff are great.
Cons: Everything is an additional cost. Even printing out a few sheets of paper.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was big, well-appointed and had excellent amenities. Staff however, most especially the Concierge not that quite attentive to requests of Guests. Several calls to the Concierge had to made before our luggage was brought down form the room.
Cons: Correction or removal of certain policies (de-activating the room's key card at exactly 12 noon). Left a bad taste in the mouth thinking that the hotel really had to take a drastic measure such as that undermines the guest's capacity to pay.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff
Cons: Breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We're world travelers and I must say Conrad is one of the nicest hotels we stayed at.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, cleanliness, over-all ambience, customer service.
Cons: The food selection is very limited, WIFI in the room is charged? Really. Even small hotels in Thailand, Japan and Dubai are all for free. Why not a 5-star hotel, who charges a fortune?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellente
Cons: NA

10.0 Excellent
Pros: You drive into this beautiful property surrounded by the caos of Manila. The buildings are beautiful and the gardens as well. The place has a swimming pool and a great restaurant. We also bought cool souvenirs at their honest shop.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and clean
Cons: No bathroom door. It’s difficult when you have toddlers who are very active
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, nostalgic and secured. Food was great at the restaurant.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you enter, you are transported to another time. There's an unhurried air around the place. Lovely garden, historic home as the centerpiece. Staff is exceptionally well trained and will do their absolute best to accommodate your request. Popcorn at 9pm to munch while watching a movie? You bet. If you want to get out for shows, shopping or sight seeing, you are very near Mall of Asia and Intramuros. Highly recommended.
Cons: The website is very clear on the square footage of each class of room and because it is a historic home that has been converted, I expected the room to be on the small side. However, when I stay again, I'll ask to have a look at the available rooms before I take my key. My room was quite small and that was fine since I was alone. If I had been with a companion, it would have been too small.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room size, location.
Cons: In room dining (found a plastic piece in my pasta), steep price.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: A staff used my bathroom. I am a girl and when I came back to my room, my room was cleaned but I noticed the toilet seat was up. Staff should not use guest rooms for anything especially hygienic stuff like that.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I was stranded unexpectedly in Manila for one night and had heard good things about this hotel. I’m so glad I picked it! It was so comfortable and quiet - a far contrast to the chaos on the streets outside! The staff were exceptional and very helpful in assisting my last-minute booking.
Cons: Nothing :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel! Located in a compound so you feel very safe and you don't hear the traffic from the street. Nicely renovated with a modern look. Apparently, this was owned by a wealthy chinese family back in the day and they renovated for hotel use. Very nice architecture. Also very close to Mall of Asia and surrounding casinos and restaurants in the Pasay neighborhood.
Cons: Only one entrance to all the rooms from the main area. 4 houses situated in tandem and our room was located in the 3rd house. Since there was only one entrance, the walk to the main gate of the compound made it twice as far. I only stayed a night, so it wasn't terribly inconvenient, but if I was staying a few days or weeks, it would probably get old quick.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very light and stylish rooms with large windows. Nice setting in a verdant lush garden. Very helpful staff !
Cons: The food in the restaurant was good, but cocktails are very poor. We had Caipirinhas for 400 PHB each, that were very small and not tasty at all.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of choices of food for breakfast.
Cons: My husband was questioned a lot before he can go inside the hotel and no one assisted him with our bags from the parking area
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing everything is worse from check in to check out. First, my reservation didn't honor the free breakfast. This is the second times I bought from your website that the breakfast is included but when we checkin not invluded.
Cons: The smell of the Carpet and when you're in the swimming pools the smell of the ocean iis horrible. The aircon in the lobby is horrible too.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I love the view, the pool area and view deck are good. It is better to stay outdoor than indoor actually. The front desk personnels are all accommodating.
Cons: The room smells like cockroach. The water from the sink and the sink itself smells. We asked for it to be cleaned, even the staff said "baka po di nalinis maige" and then few hours after it smelled again.. It's dusty and not well cleaned. The beds are not as comfy as other hotels. We arrived with no soap, shampoo inside the bathroom.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are wonderful. We have a server and he was wonderful, he went out of his way to make our stay special.
Cons: Our room 1123 was deteriorated. The blinds in the bathroom is all bent and the rain shower was not working good, no water pressure at all. I am a bit disappointed cause I have stayed in many Sofitel before in different countries and I was always pleased
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the room that they provided to us. Its a luxury room!
Cons: nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of service unparalleled Loved breakfast
Cons: Serve wine on 10th floor with lunch
7.0 Good
Pros: Cool place, there is a bar in the swimming pool and that was a lot of fun
Cons: Bait and switch. A lot of extras that wound up costing more than the room itself, it was a huge rip-off. Breakfast, evening perks, etc.

6.5 Good
Cons: Towels were worn out and felt damp. Room felt damp too.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed is very comfy & the room is spacious, breakfast is excellent..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Club lounge is good, offering is not as much but service from staffs were great. Its a relaxing place with a really awesome view! I probably wont rate it this high if i didnt get the club lounge offer from reception. Beds are okay and room is spacious enough.
Cons: Parking! So i wished i uses the valet service but because i didnt, i had to park it one street away from the hotel and had to walk back to the hotel through their service road. Not something i would expect for a hotel like this. The downstairs restaurant had too many "work experience" staff when we decided to go there for breakfast, i could have helped myself with my coffee as they forgot them twice. Also they said they will serve my omelette on my table but had to get up and pick it up myself also, as there seem to be a lack of urgency in breakfast service.

Pros: Convenience to restaurants and shopping mall
Cons: A/C blowing straight to our faces as we sleep. Toilet papers are too far from the toilet. Shorter people like us cannot reach the toilet paper while seated on the toilet. There was only one very tiny soap. We took a shower at night and in the morning and the soap was not enough to last.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located very close to the sea promenade and the Mall if Asia. The drive to the airport is not long as well. We had a corner room facing the sea and the MOA, exactly what we asked for.
Cons: The check out was long and messy. We spent 20 minutes waiting in line and then waiting for the maid to check the room with empty minibar and nothing to carry away. Every guest was double and triple checking their receipts and arguing about them... It might be a common practice in Manila, but we stayed there one night, had no grounds to argue, and just wanted to leave...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really cheap but a lot of amenities are available like the pool and the bar. They even offered movie night. It’s more than what you paid for. Our first room was kinda dull because it was all grey but on our second stay the room was so pretty and quiet to think that their place was just near edza. You can really have a goodnight sleep.
Cons: The light in the room. I wish they can add more lights. It’s kinda dark.
4.2 Okay
Cons: The floor is dirty & there is a mouse inside the bedroom

7.9 Good
Pros: Food was good; their Lumpiang Shanghai was awesome along with their Halo-Halo. Courteous staff that respected privacy.
