Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to public transport and tourist attractions. The staff received frequent praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were also highlighted as positives. However, opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some guests finding it satisfactory while others noted issues with variety or freshness. A few reviews mentioned noise, small room sizes, and occasional maintenance problems, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
