Pros (+) I was in town to care for my elderly mother who lives nearby; every night when I came in, the sweet boy at the front desk would ask, "How's your mom?" Housekeeping left me a sweet note every day. Entire hotel nice & clean! I would happily stay here again.
Cons (-) Wished I'd brought my pillow from home! Bed was super comfortable, but pillows were past their prime.
