sTAFF WERE OK
I DIDN'T LIKE THE HALF USED BAR OF SOAP AND USED RAZOR IN THE SHOWER FOR A START
Dirty an not comfortable
The price and location is great. Free parking if you can find a free spot. Hotel lobby and reception is really nice. The rooms are very basic like student accommodation... The bed is absolutely terrible... The bed has given me the worst back ever and you can feel the springs in your back. Other than that for £27 you can't go wrong but the walk way to the room is disgusting and the mattress I slept on in room 203 was really really bad. Would stay again on a budget, alone and if desperate otherwise just stay elsewhere and pay a little extra. Staff are really good.
The only thing I liked about the hotel were the staff who were very accommodating
The room had chewing gum and mold on the walls plus the shower flooded the bathroom floor
The room was not clean as expected
Birmingham is one of the United Kingdom’s great cities, and as the second largest city in England, there are lots of different expectations travelers have for hotels located in the city. Travelers expect that hotels provide excellent value and take care of the most basic amenities with aplomb. They expect that whether they are in town for business or pleasure, that their expectations are met time and again. There are many hotels in the city of Birmingham that take this idea to heart, however one of the most successful at doing so is the Rowton Hotel.
The Rowton Hotel towers above the landscape and its historic architecture is a throwback to when customer service wasn’t just a buzzword, but a way of life. The hotel has lots of great amenities and its location in the city makes it easy to get to all of Birmingham’s great attractions. The service is perhaps the best place to start, the team at the hotel makes sure that all guest requests are fulfilled right away. There is no hesitation with getting all the important tasks done for guests. With free internet, business and leisure travelers can get a jump on the day’s affairs. Finally, with breakfast, conference facilities, and more, there’s something for all types of travelers heading to Birmingham.
When looking for a great hotel that gives guests everything they need for a great stay in Birmingham, the Rowton Hotel is head and shoulders above the rest. Great service and great amenities make this hotel a great option.
