This affordable extended stay hotel features apartment-style amenities, such as in-room kitchens and on-site laundry facilities. Our smoke-free hotel offers free parking and free basic WiFi, making our rates even more affordable. There is a desk and table in every room, perfect for eating and working. Housekeeping services are provided every other week for long-stay guests. Every suite has a kitchen, complete with a full-sized freezer and refrigerator, cupboard space, microwave oven, prep sink, counter space and two-burner cooktop. Additional kitchen items are available for a small cost. Several nearby grocery stores make shopping convenient. Book today. Service, assistance animals are welcome at no additional charge, must be registered at front desk. Limit 2 dogs, under 75 lbs. per room. No cats. Non-refundable fees, 30 USD a pet reg. fee and 6 USD a pet per night charged for the duration of the stay.

Cons (-) Asked for non-smoking and entire room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. I requested another room different floor and was told there were non available. Bathroom area was not that clean, bath towels smelled like cigarette smoke, pillows and sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. Pros (+) price beat everyone. It's a couple years old so was fairly clean still. Some nice amenities for the price.
Cons (-) It's the simplest place I've ever stayed. Everything is cheap quality. It's what u pay for. The beds were the worst ever. So hard and cheap. Couldn't has slept on them for multiple nights.
