Pros (+) The attention was great, everybody is on top of their work and want to make you feel good all the time!
Cons (-) I’ll said the wait for elevators is sometimes to long, considering there were not people on, but that is not a big deal...
Pros (+) Overall the hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful & friendly, and the service was very good. The pools & pool bar was by far our favorite place to be.
Cons (-) Oddly, we kept having to ask for items in the room to be restocked or replaced; coffee creamer, washcloths.
