Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, tranquil atmosphere, and clean, spacious rooms. Many appreciated the scenic gardens and relaxing environment. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise, especially from events and thin walls, as well as some negative experiences with service, including unresponsive staff and problems not being resolved promptly. While the property and facilities were often described as attractive and comfortable, some guests felt that the hotel needed upgrades and that the value for price could be improved.
