Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it easy to access local attractions and events. Comfortable beds were also highlighted as a positive aspect of the stay. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests reporting issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of daily housekeeping. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests complimenting friendly staff while others experienced unhelpful or rude interactions. Breakfast and amenities like elevators and parking were mentioned, but opinions varied. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out, improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

Our reservation was for 2 beds. There was only one, we ended up buying an air mattress. The customer service was worse than terrible when trying to rectify the situation. The representatives barely spoke English and were horrendous in getting back with me, in fact the last time they never did. The problem was never solved.
Cons (-) Price was more than this hotel has the right to charge. Renovations hid the fact that this is a very old hotel. I can't believe the elevators pass inspection. Very little in extra amenities. Our beds were not made when they came and "cleaned" the room. Will not be going back, ever.
Pros (+) I had some time to kill on one of my days there. I ended up going to 3 museums in walking distance. Great little food locations as well.
Cons (-) Elevators were under maintenance so the first night things were slow.
