Pros (+) Location was beautiful on a lake. This two story hotel is withing walking distance of Main St. in Cooperstown so the location is perfect in every way. There is a restaurant on the property and the breakfast was very nice. There is ample parking. The room we stayed in was very, very clean and tastefully decorated.
Cons (-) The room was simple and on the small side. There was no microwave and no coffee maker. The bathroom was small but adequate. The fan in the bathroom went on when you turned on the light and was very loud. I would recommend that if you stay there, you bring a night light as turning on the light( and the very noisy fan) is disruptive if you are sharing the room with anyone.
