Pros (+) The resort facilities were great for the cost. The leisure area and dining facility were both better than expected for an all inclusive resort in the West Bay area.
Cons (-) The hotel staff was incompetent. I pre-coordinated to have the hotel shuttle service come 15 minutes prior to their scheduled 0545 departure time to facilitate making my 0645 flight (which was more than enough time according to the staff members who said the ride would take 20 minutes and the check in would take an additional 20-30).
