Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, especially its proximity to the American Airlines Center and local attractions, making it ideal for events and concerts. Many highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness and modern feel of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed by expensive and inconvenient parking options, ongoing construction, and limited amenities such as unavailable pool, spa, or restaurant services. Some also mentioned issues with air conditioning, noise, and room design, but the positives of location and service stood out most.

Abby, Sept 2020
Pros (+) Location was not bad
Cons (-) It's a party hotel. On Saturday there was a party in the room to the right of us and we had to call security at 2am. Security pulled 20 (TWENTY) people out of the room. On Sunday there was a party in the room to our left (so different people). It's a ratchet hotel and we will never stay there again.
