Pros (+) Big rooms. Centre of town. Good breakfast
Cons (-) You now have to pay on arrival which I don't like. If the 'hotel' doesn't trust me then I don't trust the hotel. Apparently it's the new management rules, I stayed there twice recently and paid upon departure. It can be noisy next to the team line after 4am.
