Pros (+) They key card worked. That is the only good thing I can come up with.
Cons (-) This was the most horrible hotel experience I've ever had. I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. The management told me they charge $25 extra per night for non-smoking rooms. I confirmed that they charged more to breathe fresh air and he confirmed it and explained that since smokers are more rare, they raise the price of non-smoking rooms. This makes no sense! The man...

Cons (-) First they were rude and misleading about the room rate. We booked against our better judgment and upon inspecting the room we found hair and stains in the made up bed. We promptly departed and were denied a refund. Please avoid this place I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone.
Pros (+) I did like how clean and comfortable my room was when I arrived.
Cons (-) For electronics users, it would be nice to have a few more extra outlets or even a couple of USB ports. Also the TV remote was pretty tough to control when it came down to something as simple as changing the channels.
