The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to the overall experience. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also noted by several guests. Many found the hotel to offer good value for the price. However, a recurring issue was noise from the street or nearby bars, which disturbed some guests, especially those sensitive to sound.
